Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war
Cons:

Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Bin seit der Eröffnung regelmäßig dort. Aber dieses mal würden wir von einer Gruppe Jugendlicher die halbe Nacht wachgehalten. Von an der Tür klopfen bis auf dem Flur Fußball spielen. Das ganze Nachts um eins. Natürlich habe ich das am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption gemeldet. Nachts war ja kein Personal im Hotel ( ist auch verständlich in einem Low Budget Hotel). Dort wurde mir gesagt, das die Verantwortlichen der Jugendlichen auf die Situation hingewiesen wurden. Leider hat sich das ganze in der 2. Nacht wiederholt. Meine Entscheidung steht fest, lieber mehr Geld ausgeben und ein ruhiges Hotel nehmen. Tut mir leid, ich war sonst immer zufrieden. Aber das geht so nicht.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, unkomplizierter Service und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Problemloser Check-in, Zugang ins Zimmer mittels Code statt Schlüssel(karte), gut bestücktes Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer und unkomplizierte Mitnahme unseres Hundes. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die kostenlosen Hotelparkplätze sind begrenzt. Wer keinen Platz mehr bekommt, muss auf öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung ausweichen oder kostenpflichtig parken.
Zudem befand sich unter unserem Fenster der Auslass einer Lüftungsanlage, was bei geöffnetem Fenster schon hörbar war.

Gute Lage und Anbindung in die Stadt.

Cons:

Frühstück wie immer sehr sporadisch, aber alles da was man benötigt.

Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz und 24/7 geöffnete Tankstelle nebenan.

War zu einem Konzert im LKA-Longhorn und das ist vielleicht 10 Minuten Gehweg entfernt und leicht zu finden.

Zimmer wie in jedem B&B Hotel: Sauber, gross genug, alles da was man braucht.

Nur wenige Parkplätze vorhanden, das Frühstück war ziemlich spartanisch und sowohl der Kaffee als auch der Kakao waren nicht gut.

Brauchte ein Hotel zum übernachten, in der nähe der Location, Betreff Konzert.
Zum schlafen, duschen und umziehen hat es gepasst.

in der Lobby hat es ein Food-und Getränke Automat.
Oder nur paar Meter weiter vom Hotel, eine Tankstelle.

Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Es gab’s keine Terrasse,Garten oder ein Sitz Platz vor den Hotel ,wo man sich hinsetzen konnte um eine Zigarette zu rauchen oder einfach sich mal draußen hinsetzen. Schade.
