The reception and transportation staff were very friendly. They assisted by holding our luggage when we arrived early before our room was available, locating places to dine and transporting us to them. Kudos to Stephanie, Lloyd and Julio.

chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was told the shuttle was not available and was pointed to a sign at the hotel stating that the shuttle is “not always available.” This disclaimer was not disclosed at the time of booking, and I could not have known this until after arriving. Had this been clearly communicated upfront, I would have selected a different hotel.
Additionally, the breakfast service raised serious concerns. Hot food items were placed on a regular, non-heated shelf, causing the food to cool down quickly. This is not food-safe practice and was disappointing to see at a Hilton-branded property. The breakfast area also appeared unclean, with visible food stains on the curtains, which further added to concerns about cleanliness and overall standards.
