Comfortable, clean, great location
Pros:

Really nice location, clean hotel, good amenities, can’t go wrong with booking if you’re looking for something walking distance from the hustle and bustle

Great hotel, bad location.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was very nice and clean.
They had a roof top garden that had a great view but can get busy.
They had a large open area to use after the breakfast service is over.
Our room had a washing machine!

Cons:

The location was definitely not ideal if you have a little kid, because the train station is about a 20 min walk….
The cleaning, you have to pay 1200 or 1500 yen for them to make up the room, and you have to make sure you ask the day before.

Enjoyable stay, recommend.
Pros:

Plenty of room for three adults in our room. Location is very good, near metro and Shinjuku station.
Breakfast is okay but could be better with more variety.

Cons:

Beds a little bit hard.

Central located hotel with great staff and walkable distance attractions and restaurants.
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10‑minute walk from the vibrant Shinjuku area and only 3 minutes from a subway station. Having a washer and dryer in the room made our stay so much easier, and the fully equipped kitchen was a big plus.
Also, great restaurants nearby, 7-11 and other convenient stores
