I liked doing laundry in my room. I liked the morning options to have towels replaced/trash emptied or do not disturb signs on the door. I liked having a microwave in my room. It was a cozy feeling room. The fact that I could prepare my own breakfast on the kitchenette was great. The refrigerator was spacious. Good thing there were instructions on how to do laundry and how to work the air conditioner. I loved using the Refa brand hair dryer. I even bought the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash at the front desk. The selections of tea options downstairs were awesome. I really felt safe with my room card being the only way to operate the elevator to my floor. The staff who cleaned the rooms on my floor was so courteous and welcoming. I didn’t eat the breakfast downstairs but I’m glad I had the option to.
I wish my room was on a high floor because there was too much street noise. The instructions for the use of the washer/dryer and air conditioner/heater needs to be a bit more clearer in English. Please change the water brand in the vending machine on the Lobby floor from Evian to a Japanese natural spring brand.
great central location
breakfasts were fantastic
comfortable rooms and beds
nothing, we scheduled more days here
Has a washing machine and mini kitchen in the same room
Nice hotel close to the nightlife area in shinjuku.
The prices are very high.
Convenient location. Great room amenities - washer/dryer, kitchenette. Great shower pressure. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast spread. Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was good and varied. Staff was mostly helpful.
Room was very small, didn't give that impression when I was booking. It felt claustrophobic in there. But I was told, most Tokyo mid range hotels are similar.
Beautiful hotel.
Comfortable bed (not too soft) and pillow (not too high).
Beautiful view from the room (at 9th floor).
Many ambulances on the road overnight and the sirens are so loudly that it looks like you have them in your room and their wake you up.
Room small considering the price of the room, but you are in Tokyo...
Breakfast was on site so that helped when you have kids.
Can't think of anything
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable enough stay, and the location was decent without being particularly convenient or central.
However, the overall experience was let down by the pricing, which felt significantly inflated for what was offered. The rooms were quite modest in size and amenities, however it lacked the features or sense of luxury you would expect at that rate, making it hard to justify the cost compared to better value options available
