well located but not great.
Pros:

The breakfast was average for a hotel of this calibre, no egg chef. However, not much variety of juices or milk for tea and coffee, which were only available in sachets rather than in a jug of milk.

Cons:

This was the only hotel we stayed at in Japan (2 weeks) that charged a fee for using a phone charger, and also for room cleaning. Towel change was free.

Excellent Stay.
Pros:

Hotel was modern, clean and staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s very well connected to several different underground train lines (one stop is 5 min walk away). Despite being in Shinjuku, the hotel is situated on a main road on the outskirts of Shinjuku. It felt really safe and wasn’t too busy/filled with tourists like some of the more popular areas in the central parks of Shinjuku. We would definitely stay again if back in Tokyo.

We had such a great stay! We told the staff it was our honeymoon and they wrote us a nice card and had a towel swan set

Location was good. The rooftop sitting area was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful and friendly. Each room has a washing machine/ dryer. A big plus.

You have to pay for cleaning the room. You have to pay extra to borrow a charger

Buona struttura, ma prezzo troppo alto
Pros:

È la terza volta che alloggio in questa struttura sia per la posizione che per la possibilità di avere la lavasciuga in camera. Mi trovo molto bene, lo staff è molto disponibile e la struttura ha i comfort di base di cui necessito. Nella camera ci sono prodotti e accessori Refa per la cura personale. La mia camera era sufficientemente ampia, ma per poter aprire le valigie è necessario selezionare le camere dai 18 metri quadri in su al momento della prenotazione.

Cons:

L’igiene lascia un pochino a desiderare, perché nonostante sia risaputo che la pulizia quotidiana non viene effettuata, nella moquette ci sono accumuli di polvere e macchie che non risalgono certo a pochi giorni. Inoltre il prezzo è aumentato in maniera esagerata e francamente non è giustificabile per il servizio offerto, basti pensare che ho pagato, pochi giorni prima, la stessa cifra in un 5 stelle nella medesima città.
