great location, quieter than the middle of Shinjuku, everything is walkable and train is very close
Pros:

room was a good size for Japan, clean and nice water pressure in the shower, plenty of free hotel things (tea, toothbrush, coffee machine)

Clean, location good, no cleaning service.
Pros:

The location is good, not in the middle of Shinjuku but close to the subway. Room is small but normal for tokyo, everything was clean.

Cons:

I find it pretty scandaleous that the room is not cleaned for stays shorter than 1 week.. Not every day, ok, but for one week ?! What am I paying for ? Putting it under ecological reasons, is purely greenwashing. Not ok.

Vies meubilair op de kamer
Werd na 6 dagen pas verschoont of je moet er voor betalen. Kan echt niet voor die prijs. Ontbijtzaal elke dag vol moest soms in de hal eten. Ontbijt is heel schraal.

Pros:

Номер небольшой, но чистый. Полноценной ежедневной уборки не было, что стоит учитывать при длительном проживании. Район спокойный, рядом удобный общественный транспорт, поэтому добираться до разных частей Токио легко.

Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Завтраки, к сожалению, довольно однообразные. В целом хороший вариант для короткого пребывания.
