Very nice property with helpful staff--the complimentary reception my first night was wonderful.
Pros:

The room was fine

Cons:

I had to change the date of my reservation and ended up paying twice. Booking.com told me to reach out to the manager for a refund. I left multiple messages and no one took the time to even return my call. We won't be using your chain anymore and will be telling everyone we know to stay elsewhere. Thanks again! Enjoy my money

I wish I had my money back
Pros:

Breakfast was good.. easy access to the mall.

Cons:

I found that my sheets were not washed (I found a long hair on the inside of the blanket & dirt) THEN I found a old rotten apple that was right at the head of the bed on the floor. I told the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Will never book there again.

Great stay, will be staying there again!
Pros:

Everyone there was great. Very clean, very thoughtful , cookies were a nice touch. Breakfast outstanding. Prices for drinks and candy very reasonable. I appreciated all the staff . And shower was wonderful!!! Lobby nice and big so that we could all gather together

Cons:

The irons didnt really get very hot
