Pros:

Hotel is clean. Staff is super friendly, breakfast Guest laundry worked great, nicely priced to do laundry.

Cons:

Housekeeping was using actual shopping carts, hopefully bought from a store and not taken ..as their service carts. Terribly tacky and low brow and not a good look for a National Hotel chain that isn't Super8 or Red Roof or No tell Motel.

Great for the price - and don't miss breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

My only complaint was staff communication. The check-in person at night seemed overwhelmed by a simple task, then was overly chatty about inconsequential stuff but failed to tell us there was free breakfast in the morning. The check-out person was overly casual. He just left his phone sitting on a table at breakfast and didn't seem worried about it. I know this is a part of the country where friendly and casual is part of their brand, but it bordered on unprofessional.

Perfect for our little get away. Close to one of our favorite stores Boscovs. The staff were great.
Pros:

Location and the breakfast offerings. Loved the lemon waffles. Room was clean and had all that we needed.

Cons:

I am use to a softer bed. I woke up several times hurting.
