Very basic hotel, far from the Auli Ski Resort.
Pros:

Nice gardens in the hotel campus.
Quiet and serene.
Running hot water round the clock.
Cottages have front patios with chairs for sitting.
Staff let our driver sleep with them, though we had to request several times (they don't have driver accommodation, just that one of their staff was on a break so a bed was luckily empty).

Cons:

Barebasic facilities.
No shower in the bathroom, just a bucket and mug.
No room heater, no exhaust fan in no bathroom.
Very basic vegetarian restaurant with hardly any options.
No activities to do in the hotel.
Difficult to contact staff for any extra requests such as an extra cup or tissues.
The hotel is in Lower Auli which is 5km below the actual ski resort. Please bear this in mind as the resort can't arrange transportation to upper Auli. That way the location isn't great, though it's serene and isolated.

Pros:

On request, heater was given for Rs 500 per day which was very useful as rooms were quite cold

Cons:

Rooms have no TV, TV is a basic requirement now and should be provided in all the rooms.

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The food was horrible.
Geyser doesn't heat up quickly and two-person can't bathe with a fully loaded geyser. I had to give it an hour before another person could bathe.
Room heather should be free of cost.
2 guys running around like a headless chicken to help all the guests.

I have booked 2 rooms on 28/12/22 to 30/12/22 price of 2 room 36000 but room is like budget hotel room bathroom comot was not fix properly no spray it is like 1500 to 2000 room again when we checkout they give me bill of Rs 8500 +500 gst but thebill is normal hand written bill,i ask them to give me gst bill they told me give me your gst number we will mail you proper bill,i will give my gst number then manager told me that you pay the amount i will send you gst bill in your mail but i hadn't received any mail till date

Lovely place, great staff, slightly higher prices.
Pros:

Food and especially the cook was fantastic, the local driver from the hotel who took us around was very good too.

Cons:

Pricing was way too high, we were the only ones in the resort and yet on your website it showed full and high pricing.
