Pros:

On request, heater was given for Rs 500 per day which was very useful as rooms were quite cold

Cons:

Rooms have no TV, TV is a basic requirement now and should be provided in all the rooms.

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The food was horrible.
Geyser doesn't heat up quickly and two-person can't bathe with a fully loaded geyser. I had to give it an hour before another person could bathe.
Room heather should be free of cost.
2 guys running around like a headless chicken to help all the guests.

I have booked 2 rooms on 28/12/22 to 30/12/22 price of 2 room 36000 but room is like budget hotel room bathroom comot was not fix properly no spray it is like 1500 to 2000 room again when we checkout they give me bill of Rs 8500 +500 gst but thebill is normal hand written bill,i ask them to give me gst bill they told me give me your gst number we will mail you proper bill,i will give my gst number then manager told me that you pay the amount i will send you gst bill in your mail but i hadn't received any mail till date

Lovely place, great staff, slightly higher prices.
Pros:

Food and especially the cook was fantastic, the local driver from the hotel who took us around was very good too.

Cons:

Pricing was way too high, we were the only ones in the resort and yet on your website it showed full and high pricing.
