Annoying Lady at Receptionist Counter

Our check-in process was relatively smooth, although the level of hospitality could have been better. Upon arrival, the receptionist immediately brought up the maximum room capacity without first verifying our reservation. We were a group of 7 adults and 1 child (4 men and 3 women) and had booked 1 triple room along with 4 standard rooms. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel’s proximity to a nearby 7-Eleven was convenient. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule with a day trip, we didn’t have the opportunity to utilize other hotel facilities, as we only returned for rest.

However, we did encounter an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which was not functioning properly, leaving the room warm rather than cool. Beyond this, there were no significant concerns to highlight.

Got nasty scratches on legs because the mattress is too small for the rough, pointy wooden frame. Also, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No bell boys; must leave a deposit even if you prepaid. Customers are mostly Thais who spent their evenings screaming and yelling.
