Over all we had a great experience there. It is a beautiful property and a fantastic location
Pros:

It was a beautiful location. The hotel was clean and nice.

Cons:

Some of the staff was rude and housekeeping didn’t always clean the room. We came back to the room one day and they just threw the comforter over the sheets and didn’t actually make the bed.

My favorite hotel to stay
Pros:

Very nice, clean, and quiet place to stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This was our second time staying at this hotel, so I upgraded to a room with a lake view, and it was absolutely worth it. The view and location was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again!

Staff immediately moved me when I mentioned seeing ants in my room

Housekeepers were literally yelling to each other in the hallway very early in the morning! I told reception and still had issues with it afterward.

Hotel Indigo is a must!
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet. Occasionally, I could hear other guests walking.

Cons:

The ice machine didn't work and they had a communal microwave. The restaurant was closed 2 of the 4 nights we were there.
