Très très agréable
Pros:

Personnel charmant avec mention spéciale pour Giulia qui est très pro très réactive et très sympa ! L hôtel est très très bien situé et le parking est un must . Bon petit déjeuner et hôtel charmant ! On a beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et la très jolie chambre !

Heerlijk verblijf maar het ontbijt is zeer teleurstellend
Pros:

Locatie, hygiëne, vriendelijkheid receptie, comfort kamer. Dus bijna alles :-)

Cons:

Het ontbijt: het personeel was onvriendelijk, vooral tegen elkaar hetgeen wij als gasten merkten. De croissants waren niet vers en de koffie was echt helemaal niet lekker (uit een automaat)

Pros:

Posizione Centralissima a pochi passi da Piazza delle Erbe. Sei nel centro storico della città e tutti i musei sono ubicati nel giro di 5 minuti a piedi.
Camere molto pulite e confortevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
Il garage è situato a poca distanza dall'hotel ed è molto spazioso. Ha anche la colonnina elettrica per la ricarica delle auto elettriche

Cons:

La colazione è parecchio migliorabile.: nulla di che... e mi è dispiaciuto poiché a qualche metro ci sono pasticcerie di tutto rispetto con eccellenti prodotti freschissimi e buonissimi. Mantova è la città dei dolci ;)

Sehr gut, angenehme Zimmer, genug Platz für alles

Cons:

Kleinlichkeiten: das Bad war modern Angerichtet aber auf dem Boden wurde ein Laminat statt Fliesen verlegt. Beim Duschen und offenen Eingang konnte man nicht vermeiden, das der Fußboden nass wurde und dem entsprechend ausgesehen hat. Architekten Fehler!
Im Einfang (kleinen Flur zum Zimmer) hat ein Schrank oder Garderobe gefehlt.

Stanza con un terrazzino che ha regalato una vista emozionante sulla Piazza sottostante e sulla Rotonda di San Lorenzo. Lo staff davvero gentile e la struttura è molto elegante e curata.

Savršena pozicija za istraživanje Mantove i uz malo sreće ako dobijete istu sobu na 4 katu, nećete ostati ravnodušni kad

Savršena lokacija sa savršenim pogledom i iz sobe (2 francuska balkona i terasa) i sa terase na krovu hotela. Fantastičan doručak. Siguran parking u garaži koja je stotinjak metara udaljena od hotela.

Cons:

Neadekvatno postavljen klima uređaj koji hladi sve prostorije osim one u kojoj se spava. Televizor je bilo nemoguće upaliti. Tuš kabina propušta vodu po cijeloj kupaoni kroz izoliran stakleni dio.

Lage war toll auch das Umparken in der Garage, Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Wir haben nur 3 Handtücher im Bad (waren zu viert) es hat keine Trinkgläser am Zimmer gegeben und nur eine kleine Flasche Wasser (gratis) obwohl der Bar (Dachterrasse) wegen Reparaturen geschlossen war.

Home level comfort.
Pros:

It was my first time traveling to Europe and I was all by myself as a teenage girl. I felt super safe, everyone was so nice and welcoming. To be honest I felt like I was at home, not a hotel room. Breakfast was perfect. Everything was amazing.

Cons:

I only would say it would have been better if the reception was giving more information once you arrive to the hotel. They helped me with everything but I would have preferred if they over explained stuff a little bit. As a tourist it is hard to understand how things work sometimes. One of the receptionist was like that and she showed everything in detail but one of them was not. I had to ask multiple questions to get answer from that one. But she was still helpful. No shade I really loved all of them.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and in Mantova. The hotel was excellent and we loved the city!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the hotel was very nice, well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay!

Cons:

The low pressure of the water in the shower could be improved. This is the only fault I can think of.
