Staff was friendly. Nice size rooms

Cons:

I slept with no air for 2 nights which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The front desk was notified. Air didn't start working again until 6am on the day I was leaving. Never got any communication on the status , so I was a little annoyed.

Poor staff, need more help.
Pros:

It appeared very clean and nice quality.

Cons:

I was unable to stay here. There was an issue with my third party booking and they did not have my booking in their system. The staff was not helpful. I waited on hold with the third party for 2 hours and the hotel didn’t take their call to complete my booking because “they had a line”. Well clearly you know I’m trying to sort this out and I was there before any of these people in line. Maybe have two people at the desk when it’s busy instead of one staff constantly disappearing. Would never stay again.

Overall great stay. Friendly and clean.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable. The rooftop bar was nice. Great bartender.

Cons:

Had a broken reading light in the room. Otherwise it was great.

Pros:

Design is very nice. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. An open and empty make up wipe wrapper left. There was no way to call the front desk. The phone was available but when picked up it would not allow you to call the desk. Water dispenser had mold.
