Smoking smell in the room and water leakage from the bathroom to the carpet floor.

I would like to thanking all the staff especially the room service
Everything is quite good. However, air conditioning is working properly.
Disappointing service. There is a construction side right by the hotel. So when you book the room with the “view” you herring view on the construction, with the construction robes with the materials flying in from of your balcony. Room service just bad, need to pay for ice and even for set of silverware.
This hotel is amazing hotel very nice and the view is marvelous and the lobby is something so so beautiful it’s add value to my trip to Dubai

Amazing hotel
It is a good hotel. For breakfast vegetarian options are limited for main course. Grateful to Snow for upgrading the stay. Its a beautiful property.
Absolutely love the SLS. Very clean the staff is great. Adam always goes over the top on service and accommodation. Would definitely recommend. Location is super convenient and easy to get too. All the amenities are great. Not to mention some of the best dining.

Incredible hotel for partying adults but quite a disaster when coming with a 7 year old. They expect him to swim in 10inches of water in the baby pool. All other pools are 12+ or older so this was definitely not a great choice of hotel. Had spend 90+ of time outside the hotel in Dubai and find other activities to do.
I did check and ask about a kids pool and online shows kids have a pool on the lower deck but this is misleading as it’s more of a baby pool.
