Very bad 😞
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible. All they had was biscuits and sausage gravy. Stale biscuits and cold gravy.

Pros:

Direct TV service was out for over 4 days, dead bugs in elevator and hair on baseboards. Staff was absent or laughing in personal phone in lobby most of the time. Room was not properly stocked at check in.

Cons:

When we arrived to the room, there were no towels in the bathroom, except for two dirty washcloths from the previous tenant. In the shower was a hand towel that was completely wet that was left from the previous tenant. Also, in the bathroom was hair all on the floor that was left from the previous tenant. And the kitchen, the utensils were extremely dirty and gross that was left from the previous tenant. The cart to bring the luggage in was already broken, and the male worker said that he was aware of it, but he still put it out for people to use.

Cons:

Didn't give us the correct room. Booked a one bedroom suite along with a promised tub but didnt get either and needed the tub for a toddler. The shower was dirty and had very visible pink mold through out. Didn't try to help us with our room we didnt get but said because we arent choice members we dont get room priority.

I would only stay again if the price was lower and nothing else was available.
Pros:

Location was great for our needs.

Cons:

Room had some maintenance quick items that could have been handled that had likely been there a long time. Still had sand/sugar on table tops. Cleaning was rushed even though we had a 30 minute wait after check in.
