Shit in the beginning some of the staff need to learn customer service
Pros:

This is kind of hard to answer at this time. The day receptionist on tuesday and night were very helpfullas well as the Wednesday day.

Cons:

Well to start off i waites 2 hours and a half to check in and inwas the one they were helping out. The pool was dirty, the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work, the elevator felt sketchy. There was alot of homeless around the area that made me feel unsafe.

Pros:

Goed hotel, netjes en schoon. Ontbijt is redelijk, koffie op z'n Amerikaans (slap). Kamers zijn goed. Heerlijk geslapen. Avondeten in de directe omgeving.

Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und es gab ein wirklich gutes Frühstück
Auch der Pool war sauber und großzügig. Allerdings musste man die Handtücher im Fitness holen
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig

Cons:

Handtücher am Pool fehlten
Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit wie anders gewohnt Wasser aufzufüllen

Pros:

Bardzo dobra sieć hoteli, korzystaliśmy z ich obiektu również w miejscowości Williams. Komfortowy, cichy i czysty pokój. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Sympatyczny personel. Cena adekwatna do tego co się dostaje. Zatrzymaliśmy się z rodziną na jedną noc w trakcie podróży w tym rejonie. Nie zawaham się nad rezerwacją pobytu w tej sieci hoteli w przyszłości.

Convenient to SDSU, big spacious rooms, amenities were available and great staff. Bar and restaurant on site for drinks and dinner the first night.

Cons:

The extra cost for continental breakfast with your booking isn’t worth paying extra for. Your continental breakfast consist of bread, pastries, cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled egg and coffee or juice. For $20 you can purchase the hot food potatoes, eggs, sausage or order off the menu. We chose to eat for $15 at Breakfast Republic.

A pleasant stay, would stay there again
