I/we will not stay there again in the future
Pros:

STUFF WAS FRIENDLY.
FOOD WAS AMERICAN STANDARD.
COFFEE WAS FRESHLY GROUNDED WITH AUTOMATIC MACHINE.

Cons:

the transit from Tub to shower doesn't work in room 206. Stuff gave me their quiet room which I could hear traffic noise. Tub does not drain well, it builds up inches high water in the tub. You can not use tub to take a bath, the water could not be stored in tub. so basically, can not use as shower, can not use as tub...
the front desk can not give us credit for the inconvenience, only can give us Point which we are not sure if we will ever stay in that hotel again...

Overall it was a great stay. We would stay here again and hopefully this time there’s shampoo.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked great as well

Cons:

We didn’t have shampoo in our bathroom and when we called the front desk, they said we had to go down and get it ourselves and we didn’t like that because there should have been shampoo, and we shouldn’t have to go down to get some.

Unsanitary room and zero accountability from management
Pros:

We checked into our room and immediately found the toilet visibly clogged with feces and toilet paper and completely unusable. It was late (we had been driving cross country) and we went straight to the front desk to ask for a room change. We were told the hotel was sold out and were handed a plunger instead of being offered another room or an immediate repair.

A functioning bathroom is a basic expectation for a hotel stay, and in this case it simply wasn’t provided. And the fact I was expected to try to fix it is actually appalling. They also charged over $200 for an experience like this.

What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of response from hotel management afterward. I attempted multiple times to contact the property about a refund and never received any reply. Corporate customer service confirmed the property would need to issue the refund, yet management still did not respond.

The condition of the room and the handling of the situation reflect extremely poor management and a lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

All good but the pool area.

Cons:

We were there Friday through Sunday. The pool area was an absolute mess. Dirt and dust caked on the tables and chairs like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. I advised the front desk all 3 days that it needed at least a hose down. It was never cleaned during our stay.

I was nicely surprised by this hotel.
Pros:

This was a nice surprise for a roadside hotel. I liked the inside entry to the rooms. It was very clean and quiet, nicely appointed, the room was large, it was well kept up, and the breakfast was very good. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Also, it was a very good price.

Cons:

My room had a faulty drain for the bathtub, so the bathtub wouldn’t hold water. I notified the desk clerk on my way out, so maintenance could take a look at it. But really, there’s not very much to complain about.

I’ll drive another 90 minutes to Palm Springs next trip.
Pros:

I liked that they gave us a room on the first floor, close to the door to the parking lot.
We did have some breakfast, I only ate an English muffin and a piece of bacon, husband said he liked the Denver omelet egg thing.

Cons:

Noisy. People in the halls, air conditioner. In our shower,(room 111) the faucet cover stuck out from the wall, the drain stop was froze so we couldn’t use the bath tub. Sheets made you sweat.
