Schön war’s - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Angenehme Atmosphäre vom ersten Betreten des Hauses, die auch durch das freundliche Personal unterstützt wird. Inspirierende und sehr geschmackvolle Gestaltung der Räume!
Bequeme Betten und Kissen! Hervorragendes Frühstück mit Blick über Ulm!

Premier séjour à ULM et premier séjour dans cet hôtel. J'ai beaucoup aimé.
Pros:

Hôtel situé prêt de la gare et proche de la rue piétonne. La chambre était confortable avec une très belle douche. Le petit déjeuner se prend au dernier étage avec une belle vue sur la ville. Le buffet est bien garni et varié. On m'a prêté un parapluie un jour qu'il pleuvait.

Cons:

Je ne trouve pas de points négatifs. Une bouilloire serait peut-être la bienvenue mais c'est un détail.

We loved that the hotel was so near the station and in such a great spot to explore beautiful Ulm.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good - plentiful and varied. It was a lovely room with great views over Ulm. We had dinner there one night which was also very good.

Gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einigen Vorzügen, aber auch kleineren Mankos
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles schick und sauber!

Cons:

Leider war es draußen sehr laut. Positiv war aber, dass wir kostenlos das Zimmer wechseln durften. Nach hinten raus war es leiser.
Zweiter Minuspunkt war die Wärme: Es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster, was nur gekippt werden kann und es gibt keine Klimaanlage-dadurch war es trotz Kälte draußen nachts warm.

Pros:

Das Frühstück und der Blick über Ulm waren super - in 2 min war man in der Innenstadt

Cons:

Dusche und Waschbecken waren im Raum, wo auch das Bett stand - fand ich jetzt nicht so prickelnd - hatten zum Glück einen Vorhang, den man zuziehen konnte - wenig Intimsphäre - ich bevorzuge gemauerte Wände beim Bad.
Das Klo war zum Glück in einem Extra-Raum.

Pros:

ein völlig neues Hotelkonzept für die schnelle übernachtung (1-2 Nächte) - mehr wegen der kleinstzimmer nicht zu empfehlen.
Super Bett, noch bessere Dusche, separate Toilette, hochwertige Ausstattung, Top Frühstück (top roof)

Cons:

wenn überhaupt kleine Zimmer, keine eigenen Parkplätze (in Ulm aber öffentliche TG anbei )

Hotel OK, aber Lage verzweifelt!
Cons:

Leider ist die Lage einfach eine Zumutung. Keine Zufahrt per PKW, nicht mal zum Koffer ausladen, keine eigenen Parkplätze, man muss in den anliegenden öffentlichen Parkhäusern parken und die sind reine Irrgärten.
