Pros:

お部屋のすべてが綺麗だった！！
お風呂のカランがピッカピカで
清掃が隅々まで行き届いていて気持ち良く過ごすことができました。

Cons:

強いて言えばスリッパが履きづらい。ぺったんこで。

Pros:

Really thorough cleaning. Great breakfast. Between two stations on one of the major subway lines and close to Shin-Osaka station. If you’re an international traveller not sure what to make of a hotel chain called “Smile Hotel” and its logo, don’t worry, they’re modern, clean, friendly, and overall great.

Cons:

The A/C was pretty noisy, and I could hear the washing machines in the laundry room.
