Booked this hotel for a friend and they had a great experience with how accommodating hotel staffs were

The staffs customer service skills were too notch

Very nice and accommodating staff.

Our room was very small (with a tiny bathroom). For the price we paid - maybe we should have expected it, but it was still uncomfortable. The service was friendly, and the location is good - 8 minutes walk to the Shin-Osaka station.

Great location, staff and bigger rooms.

I had a good experience. Around the corner there’s a French cafe and omg food is amazing.

The room was small but spacious enough for two people for a few days. The breakfast was good with enough options for vegeterian visitors as well. The bed was a bit hard for our taste and we shouldve gotten a room with a larger bed. Train station is very close and it got us around very well.

The hotel itself is ok but nothing great to look forward to. The surrounding area is run down and near a freeway overpass. They seem to largely cater to cost-conscious tourists. Would advise staying near Umeda station instead.

Simple stay, needed things are provided for a Japanese Hotel. As we had a corner room, the room felt more spacious but not sure if the other rooms were the same built or not. Was able to open up a medium size suite case in the open space and still be able to move around without feeling crammed in. Room was clean and did not have any issues. Will keep in mind as a good hotel for my next visit to the area again.

Good place

The hotel was nice, fairly simple but pleasant and quiet. Staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Shin-Osaka station which made matters nice and convenient. Just a short walk between the hotel and station.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Its very close to a station, making it easy to visit other places. The area is also very safe. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great overall

I read a lot of bad experience of other smile hotels from Expedia and this one has overall good review and my personl two-night living confirmed the excellence of the hotel. They don't clean your room every three days, which is fine to me as I keep my room tide. Luggage storage is offered after checkout.

Most of the staff were friendly. During this trip, I stayed at four different hotels, and this was the only one where I had to request towels and a bath mat at the front desk. Drinking water was not provided, and guests were expected to bring their own trash bags out to the hallway.

There also seemed to be an excessive number of staff at the front desk during the day. It might be more efficient to reduce the number of front desk staff and instead allocate resources toward providing basic amenities in-room.

Amazing property staff were super helpful, very clean and near transport
