Convenient Location but Not Worth It
Pros:

I really appreciated how convenient the location was, sitting right on the Midosuji line with plenty of conbinis close by for quick stops. The free amenities like toothbrushes, combs, and razors were also a nice bonus that made the stay a bit easier.

Cons:

There was a dead bug on the window sill and even a live one on the ceiling, which definitely took away from the experience. The strict “no food in the lobby” policy felt unnecessary, especially since we were just passing through on our way back to the room and weren’t planning to eat there. On top of that, we were told to go back outside before we could transition to our rooms, which felt overly rigid and inconvenient.

Comfortable and convenient stay! Staff are amazing!
Pros:

Very convenient location, about 15 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station and roughly 5 minutes walk from Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station (for the Midosuji Line). The staff are very nice and accommodating. There are washers and dryers to do your laundry, and I really found it helpful that the staff can lend you an iron and ironing board upon asking, making it a comfortable few days’ stay. The pillows were kind of hard though but I didn’t mind it much. I still slept well. The checkout being at 11am was very helpful as I didn’t have to rush to leave in the morning, especially during rush hour.

Pros:

Nice view of the street. Spacious room and bathroom for two people. Quiet, friendly staffs.

Cons:

I used the dryer, both dryers to dry a few of my clothes and it barely dried my clothes. It wasn't a lot of clothes that I had to dry. I hanged most of it in the bathroom to air dry.

Hotel muy recomendable. El personal es muy agradable y habla tanto inglés como japonés, te ayudarán en lo que necesites. El hotel esta al lado (unos 10min andando) de las estaciones de Shin-Osaka y de la de Nishinakajima-Minamigata, pudiendo conectarte en metro, tren o shinkansen con casi cualquier punto al que quieras ir. Dispones de varios conbini a unos 5 u 8 minutos para las compras urgentes que necesites. Las habitaciones son de un tamaño estandar para japón pero lo suficientemente espaciosas para alojarse con un par de maletas grandes, disponen de un pequeño ropero. Existen maquinas de bebidas en el hall y en las plantas junto con un microondas por si necesitas calentar algo. Tambien disponen de servicio de lavanderia dentro del hotel. Justo al lado y compartiendo el hall hay una cafeteria donde hacer tiempo o desayunar. Las camas son cómodas y puedes dejar el aire encendido para que al volver la habitación este a la temperatura deseada

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones es cada 4 dias por lo que si estas menos tiempo nunca limpiaran la habitacion si lo necesitas, aunque puedes solicitar cambio de toallas y retirada de basura si las colocas en la puerta por la mañana
