部屋もまあまあの広さだった

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, the breakfast had a great range, the location was decent but not the best.

Cons:

The room was a little small for 2 adults and a toddler, but was perfectly fine to use just a bed and a place to store luggage.

Great stay close to metro and Shin-Osaka
Pros:

All was very well. The staff was very kind to take care of our luggage during check-in and everything was smooth. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast, which filled us up. The hotel is like 8-12 minutes away from metro or train station so this was really good especially since we had 2 luggage pieces.

It seems quite a popular stay because we couldn't find one more night to extend.

Pros:

房間很乾淨
廁所超級乾淨的，浴缸很大，水壓很大
床跟枕頭偏硬，睡起來不會腰痠背痛
離車站很近，要去新大阪搭車的話，我們可以從飯店出發十分鐘就到新大阪車站的月台了

超級推薦，旁邊就是紅線車站，走五分鐘就到，要去熱門景點都很方便
路上也有全家跟lawson,附近也有超市

之後再去大阪玩還是會來這間

Pros:

The room was nice, on the smaller side, but it is the standard in Japan. It was clean, the bed was wide enough for two people and comfortable, the staff was welcoming. The location is good, close to a lot of conbinis and metro station, and also Shin Osaka station for easier access to Shinkansen.

Only stayed for 1 night. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly. The room was modern and very clean. Close to metro and convenience stores.

Pros:

建物全体やロビー、部屋も綺麗でとてもよかった
接客もチェックイン、アウトもスムーズでよく
朝食も和、洋簡単ではありますが定食の形でとれるような内容で良かったです！

Cons:

ただ一つだけあげるとすると浴室・トイレがカビ臭くて臭いに敏感な私は残念に思いました

Simple but Nice
Pros:

Hotel short walk from Shin-Osaka station. Check-in unproblematic. Plenty of konbini nearby. The Room was a decent size and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower facilities were good and clean. The staff were kind and helped me print off a shinkansen ticket

Cons:

Basic facilities in the lobby, no food in the building.

Great access to Nishinakajima-minamigata and Minamikata station, Shin-osaka station is also reachable by walking, these are really plus points for long term stay. Vending machine and coin washing machine + dryer is available for use. Small but clean rooms for single occupancy.
