Pros:

Central location with great transport links. Metro right outside the entrance to connect to the Airport Bus. Comfortable and clean room. Nice and Friendly staff. Wonderful smell in the lobby.

Lockers for your luggage at a charge but no standing in queue waiting for someone to find it later.

Dealt with a sink fault very quickly.
