Super Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Budapest
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist echt klasse, sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Mit einer mehr Tageskarte des ÖPNV kommt man sehr schnelle an alle wichtigen Orte der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind super eingerichtet und modern. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es wird sehr schnell nachgelegt.

Cons:

Die Umgebung wirkt schmuddelig, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Man fühlt sich allerdings auch nicht unsicher.

Super, kommen gerne wieder

Pros:

Frühschtück war vollkommen ausreichend, leere Teller wurden gleich vom Tisch weggeräumt. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Keleti Bahnhof und die Hauptstraße und haben nicht als störend empfunden, da die Fenster sehr dicht sind.

Jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Alles war vorzüglich: die Lage direkt am Kelety Bahnhof, Metro 2 und zahlreiche Buslinien.
Dennoch war es kein typisches Bahnhofshotel. Der Empfang war großzügig, das Check-in rasch, das Personal sprach sehr gut englisch und war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gefragt, ob wir tägliche Reinigung wünschten, oder auf Anfrage. Das hat prima geklappt. Betten, inkl. Matratze 1a, kein Lärm von draußen oder von drinnen. Steckdosen, wo man sie braucht. Sehr viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme.
Der Frühstücksraum war sehr geräumig und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Auch hier war alles sauber - fast schon zu sauber, weil Teller, die nicht benutzt schienen, unmittelbar abgeräumt wurden. Aber das kann man ja überall haben. Also nichts, aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat nur mittags geöffnet, aber es gibt um die Ecke wunderbare Restaurants. Also auch nicht nur typische Kost einer Bahnhofsumgebung.
Die Gänge vom Lift zum Zimmer sind schon sehr weit. Wem das zu weit ist sollte gleich um ein Zimmer in Liftnähe bitten.
Aber auch das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die ich anführe, damit in der Negativ-Abteilung irgendetwas steht.

Pros:

Bardzo ładny, czysty i w dobrej lokalizacji. Pod samym hotelem przystanek metra, autobusów czy tramwajów. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Jeżeli ma się szczęście można dostać pokój z widokiem na dworzec wschodni, który też robi fajne wrażenie, ale trzeba pamiętać, że to dalej bardzo ruchliwa okolica, więc niektórym mogą przeszkadzać dźwięki z ulicy. Okna dobrze izolują, ale wiadomo może się trafić ktoś kto ma bardzo płytki sen- ja do takich nie należę, więć spało mi się wybornie.
Obsługa również na fajnym poziomie, bardzo mili i pomocni ludzie. Tak trzymać!

Pros:

Nagyon kényelmes ágy, ami külön kiemelendő. A szoba nem túl nagy, de jól felszerelt és ízlésesen berendezett. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló: remek közlekedés, sok üzlet a közelben, minden könnyen elérhető.


Sehr bequemes Bett, wirklich hervorzuheben. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend: sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Cons:

Nem szeretek negatívumokat kiemelni, de fontosnak tartom megemlíteni, hogy mások is tisztában legyenek vele: a szállodában a televíziós lehetőségek nagyon korlátozottak. Gyakorlatilag csak néhány alapcsatorna érhető el, és nincs lehetőség streaming szolgáltatások (pl. Netflix, Disney+) használatára, még saját előfizetéssel sem.

Ez számomra különösen meglepő volt, mivel egy hosszú utazás után érkeztem, és jólesett volna egy kis kikapcsolódás egy film mellett.

Amikor ezzel kapcsolatban jeleztem a problémát, az egyik alkalmazott sajnos nem reagált túl segítőkészen, ami kellemetlen élmény volt. Ugyanakkor szeretném kiemelni, hogy egy másik kolléga kifejezetten kedves és segítőkész volt.

Összességében érdemes ezzel előre számolni, különösen azoknak, akik pihenésként esti kikapcsolódásra is számítanak.

Ich schreibe ungern etwas Negatives, halte es aber für wichtig, dies zu erwähnen, damit andere Gäste darauf vorbereitet sind: Die TV-Möglichkeiten im Hotel sind sehr eingeschränkt. Es stehen nur wenige Basisprogramme zur Verfügung, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Streaming-Dienste (z. B. Netflix oder Disney+) zu nutzen – auch nicht mit eigenem Account.

Das war für mich besonders enttäuschend, da ich nach einer langen Reise angekommen bin und mich gerne bei einem Film entspannt hätte.

Als ich dies angesprochen habe, reagierte einer der Mitarbeiter leider nicht besonders hilfsbereit, was ich als unangenehm empfunden habe. Gleichzeitig möchte ich betonen, dass ein anderer Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Insgesamt sollte man dies vorab wissen, besonders wenn man Wert auf abendliche Unterhaltung legt.
