Cons:

Continental breakfast wasn't open until we left. We were in town for a hockey tournament and had to be to the rink before breakfast opened.

I would definitely choose again. The beds and pillows helped me rest well ! hard to find
Pros:

Staff conversations and assistance excellent ! Cleanliness of room and daily room care ! Breakfast options great !

Cons:

Having the availability of an extra roll-away bed for child was great, but it was sized for rooms that are larger than the double queen room we were in. The roll-away bed would be much better if more the width of a large adult camping cot. Difficult to fit in room well.
Breakfast needs a gluten free options, and a better quality of meat.

My least liked stay here this time
Pros:

Staff was fantastic and helpful, especially Chrystal H

Cons:

Twice in the morning housekeeping knocked on our door, once at 10:30 and once at 11:45
The housekeeping at 10:30 woke the kids up and the housekeeping at 11:45 was just trying to push us out. Not sure we will stay here again although it is one of my favorite hotels in Watertown. Very disappointing!

I sleep better than I can at home
Pros:

All of the above!! Very updated, clean, quiet, comfortable (especially the beds), friendly staff, great breakfast. This is my go to hotel anytime I visit Watertown and have never been disappointed!!

Cons:

I do not recall anything I didn’t like except the tv remote didn’t offer a ”guide” button, so needed to scroll through the channels to see what was on (It’s all I could think of ;))
