Clean and quiet hotel with great breakfast and right beside the train station!

This hotel is nice and the staff very polite and professional. The breakfast offers a great variety but the rooms are extremely small. Not much space for luggage and the space between the two beds was very small. The bathroom was very a good size at least!

Very conveniently located, clean and tidy

The staff at the front desk greeted us with such great hospitality. The room was sparkling clean, laundry was available and the hotel is a few minutes from at least 3 metro exits. Would go back anytime!

I liked the variety in the breakfast buffet! However, there were some crumbs on the nightstand and TV remote when we arrived, making the room feel not throughly cleaned.

We had a pleasant 4 day stay

We stayed this hotel for one night for the convinece the free shuttle bus to golden temple. This hotel really impressed us is the super friendly and polite staff. The young man who checked in us , his name is Khin M. He speaks fluent English, he is very polite and friendly, helped us to store our mutiple luggages before check in and after check out, and he helped us to book shuttle bus to golden temple. He is very kind, after checked out, he also offered us 2 bottles of water. The hotel is in very convinent location, train station is next door. The room which we stayed is very quiet and clean! Oh, the free shuttle bus to golden temple is very clean and convinent, the driver is very nice and on time! We definitely recommand this hotel! Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

I really wanted to like this hotel because of its location, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing — so bad that we checked out a full night early and found somewhere else to stay.
The room was deeply unsanitary.
There was visible mold in the bathroom grout, which is a serious health concern.
The bedding had hair all over it, clearly not cleaned between guests.
There were stains throughout the room, including what appeared to be splattered bodily fluids in some areas.
The overall smell and lack of proper cleaning made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable staying there.
When I reported the issues, staff offered to switch me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had the same problems, which told me this wasn’t just a one-time mistake — it’s a widespread cleanliness issue.
We ended up leaving after the first night despite having paid for two nights. Even though there was a no refund policy, the conditions were completely unacceptable and far below basic hygiene standards.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was a serious health and safety concern, not just a matter of preference or expectations.
Until management addresses these issues, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

It was quiet and safe, great subway location

small rooms but have all the basics covered minus any coffee. Very good location and always well staffed with English spoken folks. Will come back again

It is conveniently located next to the train station, however, the staff was not very polite at all. They barely smiled, and didn’t seem to be very happy. Upon check in My credit card was almost blocked because while typing my pin it didn’t work. Not until I took the credit card device, I noticed that the numbers were scrambled which the front desk agent didn’t mention even I tried to pay about 3 times.
I thought that the check out was at 11. I was finishing packing at 10:30 and the cleaning room lady told off my husband saying that we must had to pay the penalty fee. While checking out, I didn’t know if the staff was going to charge the fee but I didn’t wait and I told them that it was my mistake. They said something in Japanese between them and they made a charge.
In the case of the Property, There is no chair, no desk and no bathtub in the room which would be convenient after walking a lot.
Breakfast was good, there was a lady who was very kind (the only one)

Super mini for family room . Even haven’t enough place to open a luggage. The aisle is only wide enough for one person to walk through. Don’t recommend to stay for family for three or four people. Won’t come back again .

Propertywas clean by very dusty. Common area extremely small so may have to stand when waiting to check in if busy. Laundry is small the little space also hosts a vending machine there confusion when washing clothes at times between guest because there's no system and everyone is having to wait to use the two washers out two dryers. Beds are very firm&pillows really small. No coffee in room. If you're not concerned with amenities it's fine for budgeting travelers.
