Parking, the very good breakfast, the location.

Cons:

The double bed was too close to the slanting ceiling. This meant that it was very awkward to get in and out of bed.
Also there was no electrical socket close to the bed. The nearest socket was out of order. Also, there was no bedside table on this side of the bed.

The bathroom is too small and to step into the shower you had to pass over a 30 cm high perimeter.

Having said that, the room was quite large and good planning could solve all the problems.

Tutto fantastico, noi viaggiavamo in moto ed è stato piacevole trovare questo Hotel molto ben attrezzato con sala ristorante e bar. Ottima posizione molto vicina al centro ed alle terme di Erding. Stanza spaziosa, luminosa, con balconcino e dotata di tutti i confort. Pulizia e cura degli ambienti. Possibilità di posteggiare comodamente sotto la struttura. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario che oltre ai tanti consigli ed alla grande disponibilità, ha spedito per conto nostro un pacco in Italia. Super consigliato a tutti. Ci torneremo sicuramente con le famiglie per visitare le Terme e la fabbrica di birra.

Cons:

Die Strasse, dadurch nur mit Lärm möglich die Türe über Tags offen zu halten. Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite

Sehr gut und empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Super schönes und vor allem individuelles Hotel. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass jemand das Zimmer mit viel Liebe eingerichtet hat. Keine Standardeinrichtung, sondern einfach urig. Man merkt an einigen Stellen Gebrauchsspuren, aber die passen dann irgendwie auch rein. Großzügiges Zimmer mit großem TV, mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, großem Kleiderschrank, kleiner Küchenzeile, bequemen Bett, großem Badezimmer. Sehr leichter, vor allem schneller Check In. Rechnungsstellung direkt per E-Mail und zeitnah. Großer Parkplatz. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen MUC und um einiges günstiger als die Hotels direkt am Flughafen.

Cons:

Das wäre wahrscheinlich der Grund meinerseits für einen eher kurzen Aufenthalt, die Tatsache, dass ich aufgrund des Verkehrs nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte. Ich empfehlen ein Zimmer in die andere Richtung oder Oropax, wenn man bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen möchte. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Verkehr aber so gut wie gar nicht zu hören. Liegt also an meinen persönlichen Schlafpräferenzen.
