I am writing this review primarily to express my deepest gratitude to two outstanding members of the Marriott Bab Ezzouar team, who turned a challenging situation into an absolutely perfect stay.

My visit did not start well, facing several issues that significantly impacted my comfort. However, Mr. Hamza Bensalloua stepped in and did not just solve the problems—he completely transformed my experience. His professionalism, swift action, and genuine care went far beyond standard protocol. He didn't just meet expectations; he far exceeded them, ensuring every detail was corrected and that I felt truly valued and heard. His dedication turned my stay from difficult to exceptional, and for that, I am incredibly thankful.

Furthermore, I must extend another heartfelt thank you to Mr. Aghiles. Having enjoyed his welcoming and supportive service on a previous visit, he once again proved why he is a credit to the hotel. His warm hospitality and attentive support were instrumental in making this another seamless and comfortable stay. It is a pleasure to see consistent excellence.

It is because of professionals like Hamza and Aghiles that the Marriott brand stands for true hospitality. They don't just work here; they create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests want to return.

I will absolutely be choosing Marriott Bab Ezzouar on my next visit to Algiers, and it is largely because of the assurance that I am in the capable and caring hands of staff like these two gentlemen. Thank you for restoring my comfort and faith.

During my visit at the restaurant Mr. Mohammed and chef Habiba were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable they were so welcoming. Mr Mohammed really made my visit amazing with exceptional experience I really appreciate everything he did for me. And chef habiba was so nice smiling, warm welcoming and making the best dishes I really enjoyed the food.
Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and their commitment to providing excellent experience is commendable, I’m confident that they will continue to exceed expectations.

The hotel is super nice. All the staff are great specially madam Saida at the restaurant. I like her hospitality and she makes good crepe with chocolate and murjane

Very good location, Clean room! Excellent views! And I will continue to visit the great Bab Ezzouzer at the least chance I get

The breakfast staff are very friendly specially cheif kamilia is the best . She's super nice, helpful and always smiling.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing as always thanks to Celia, she was very welcoming and friendly and she recommended delicious sweet and savory dishes.

Could be a nicer place if service was focused on the customer than on the establishment convenience.
Shuttle bus service awful.
Refrigerator in the room not working.
Restaurants an after thought. Main steakhouse closed two days of the week?
Staff clueless.
I will not stay there ever again. There are nicer smaller hotels around that seem more professional and cheaper. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service! From front desk, room service, dining..
To mention a few,Guest Relations Manager, Lily, Hostesses Hanane ,Chef Celia and a few others were super friendly and helpful.
Their guest relations is one that's creates a wonderful atmosphere for one's stay at the hotel.
Every interaction with a staff leaves you feeling welcomed and at home.
The Algiers Marriott Hotel Bab Ezzouar defines an experiential hotel lifestyle!
