My favorite property in Athen, Ga.
Pros:

The property is always clean and nice. The staff is always nice and helpful. Always smile.

Will never stay here again.
Pros:

Location was OK with respect to destinations we planned to visit.

Cons:

1. Breakfast was terrible. Sausage biscuits actually had mold. The breakfast needs vast improvement. Should be a health code violation as it is.
2. Since laundry is provided for guests, there should be a way to obtain quarters.
3. HVAC in the room would toggle between AC and heat. There was no way to make it AC only. Waking up in the middle of the night hot because the heater kicked on was bad.
4. Staff was not friendly or helpful.
5. The area seemed sketchy.

Cons:

I didn't like that I reserved the room for about $188 (rounding up) but I paid in house and the costs went up to $212. Not much but I should've known before.
