Pros:

Muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Santa Lucía. La ubicación frente al parque es ideal (con eventos en vivo casi a diario), cerca de tiendas, souvenirs y agencias de tours a solo dos cuadras. Destaco la limpieza, la seguridad y la excelente atención. Además, por las noches es muy silencioso y tranquilo para descansar.

Excelente Relacion Calidad-Precio con Inmejorable Ubicación.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación frente de la Plaza de Santa Lucia. Estas a tres cuadras de Plaza Grande, a lado tienes el Restaurante La Chaya Maya y para antojos o alguna marquesita El Mercado de Comidas de la Plaza de Santa Ana o el comienzo del Paseo Montejo es a no mas de 5 cuadras.

Staying in the Historical Center of Mérida
Pros:

Excellent location right in the historical center of the city. Property is clean and maintained, beautiful pool and landscaping. Air conditioning and internet work very well. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful! The pool was a wonderful bonus. Met some very pleasant fellow guests here.

Cons:

Front desk personnel treated us with general indifference throughout the stay and was not sure if we had a reservation at the moment of check-in. We were asked to change rooms in the midst of the reservation. Our original request for a room on the upper floors was not upheld at the time of check in. Hot water was intermittent and only present about 40% of the time.
