L’emplacement central, hôtel facile à trouver, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Chambres assez mal isolées, on entend tous les petits bruits et conversations du couloir. Chambre assez petite, mais propre et bien aérée.
Personnel ne parle vraiment pas très bien anglais.

Excelente hotel en el corazón de Mérida
Pros:

Excelente hotel, como siempre, cada que vengo a la ciudad de Mérida me hospedo en este hotel que tiene la mejor relación-precio, una excelente ubicación, cercanía con la plaza central, y frente al parque santa lucía, con tiendas de conveniencia cerca, restaurantes, la mejor zona para hospedarse, así como la mejor atención del personal en el horario que sea, siempre son muy atentos.

El personal es muy amable, la ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Los servicios adecuados al costo del hotel. En general es un buen lugar para hospedarse en la Cd de Merida.

Fabulous colour, fabulous find!
Pros:

Basically booked this because it’s pink let’s just be honest about that upfront. Didn’t realise what a fabulous location it is in though - huge bonus! The rooms are pretty basic and I cut my trip short because I needed my own space back. I was sharing with my two sons and was feeling a bit claustrophobic after a few days. Be aware there are no balconies to speak of. I hadn’t clocked that when I booked. Some rooms have a tiny balcony you can stand on but not sit but most do not. We were in room 216 and had one of those little balconies (overlooking the pool). The staff are really lovely and helpful and communicated really promptly before arrival when I had some questions. If you’re the kind of person who is happy with a functional room because you’ll be out sightseeing not cooped up inside then book this place. The WiFi is excellent too, probably the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel ever!

Cons:

Honestly the beds weren’t the best but I’m a light sleeper so it doesn’t take much to have me tossing and turning

Wie schon in der Vergangenheit ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist ein bißchen veraltet, aber man schläft sehr gut. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist es wegen des Pools super.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas altmodisch. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist möglicherweise durch die Kinder etwas gestört. Ich fand es super.

Muy bien por el precio.

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

El baño estaba un poco mal. En la regadera salía muy poca agua fría y el agua caliente era demasiado caliente por lo que se dificultaba acomodar la temperatura deseada. El piso de la regadera estaba manchado por lo que no se veía con buen aspecto.

Ne pas manger au restaurant de l'hôtel !
Pros:

L'emplacement n'est pas loin du centre ville. Le cadre est joli.

Cons:

Le lit grincait énormément a chaque mouvement, la wifi trop faible pour l'utiliser. Cuvette des toilettes avec de grosses taches, et surtout le restaurant qui est très très mauvais
