Erg degelijk verblijf, die perfect centraal in Merida is gelegen.
Pros:

De locatie in Merida is perfect!
Goede bedden en matrassen.
Ruime (bad)kamer die elke dag werd gekuist/ververst.
Aangenaam zwembad om even te kunnen ontsnappen van het drukke centrum.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en spreekt perfect Engels.

Cons:

Het lawaai van meerdere machines, grenzend aan onze kamer. Dit kan ook door machines zijn die gelegen zijn bij de buren, maar laat ons zeggen dat het goed was dat we oordoppen meehadden, anders hadden we niet kunnen slapen.

Très agréable.
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel et sa disponibilité. Toujours à l'écoute. J'ai pu changé d'habitation à cause d'un bruit, sans problème. L'accueille a demandé un taxi et il est arrivé très rapidement. L'hotel est très bien placé à côté de la rue principal des restaurants et magasins.

Cons:

La salle de bain, elle est propre mais un peu ancienne.

Llegue una hora antes y el recepcionista ni me atendió me dijo hacemos check in hasta las tres y ni siquiera me ofreció guardar mis mochilas hasta esa hora y la habitación que me asignaron estaba al lado de la recepcion había mucho ruido por la noche y mucha luz no se podía descansar

La ubicación es maravillosa, las habitaciones son limpias, el hotel es muy bonito, en relación al precio y a la ubicación está muy bien.

Cons:

No había donde estacionarse y la regadera no salía bien el agua. Las camas estaban un poco duras y al moverte sonaba la bolsa o protector que tenia.
