la zona del hotel no es bonita. llegamos con lluvia y la persona que nos recibio ni siquiera salllió con un paraguas las habitaciones tambien eran afuera por ende lo menos que deben tener es un paraguas... la relacion calidad precio no es la mejor tomando en cuenta que adicional por la mascota me cobraron usd10 extras (siempre viajo con mi mascota que es super educada) y nunca he pagado extra. el valor de la mascota deben especificarlo con anterioridad. cuando le dije que no iba a pagar extra y que me iba a buscar otro hotel el dueño me mandó a decir que nos vayamos nomas y que haga el trámite del refund con hoteles.com, a lo cual me tocó quedarme y pagar porque mi tarifa era not refund. por temas de teletrabajo necesitabamos salir a las 13h00 en lugar de las 12h00 hice la consulta porque lo más probable era que tambien me cobren y queria saber cuánto pero no tuve respuesta... asi que nos fuimos a las 12h00 corriendo. la habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que se ve en la fotografía. la puerta de la habitacion es como blindada o de metal y se trabó varias veces
