Pros:

Food was good. Bed was comfy. Shower was warm with good pressure

Cons:

No fridge. No in room sink. Shower was kinda small. One tiny window. Bathroom was cold. Everything more expensive than it needed to be. No spa area or hot hub or hot tub rooms

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, and the location, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Staff seemed to be stressed. Holiday weekend. I get it but I felt like we were a bother when we asked questions.

Was a nice relaxing stay and was aloud to have a late checkout which was nice since we got in late

There was no breakfast which would've been nice. I'm assuming it was because it was New Year's Day morning though

As expected it was great!
Pros:

We are from Elkhart but totally love this hotel for special occasions. It was my husband’s birthday and we just wanted to have dinner and a few drinks and relax at our favorite hotel. The staf& is amazing!

Terrible - not a true Hilton
Pros:

Hotel cxd reservation without notifying our family- front desk lady working on Sat Sept 6 th was disrespectful and treated us terribly. Was more concerned with man at desk drink a beer than helping us. Extremely rude. I am a Hilton honors member and would never recommend this hotel. Not a true Hilton.
