Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel downtown. We went for the fireworks. It was the best seat in the house, my room. The only problem was the city had to cancel the fireworks due to possible rain. No fault of the hotel. I was able to still see fireworks in the distance which was still beautiful. Staff was amazing! Parking was great. Patrolled by the police. If I ever go back I will stay there. Thanks. ❤️

Comfortable bed but shame that they don't put any effort into anything else.
Pros:

Half the staff I met were very nice and half were not helpful so that was a tossup. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Also, my room was quiet.

Cons:

I didn't get the breakfast as the cost for it was $40 extra a night though if you pay separately it was $18. The rates were almost triple the usual as there was a concert in nearby South End. You would think Hilton would mean they go that bit extra, but that was not the case here. Almost 0 amenities and those they gave were begrudging. They didn't tell me parking cost extra because the guy who checked me in really wouldn't speak to me except in a monosyllabic tone. Just handed my pass to me and later I found out it was $15/day which seemed far too expensive. They also don't tell you that you need to request housekeeping and since I was running out of shampoo and body wash that wasn't a great surprise.

Food was good. Bed was comfy. Shower was warm with good pressure

Cons:

No fridge. No in room sink. Shower was kinda small. One tiny window. Bathroom was cold. Everything more expensive than it needed to be. No spa area or hot hub or hot tub rooms

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, and the location, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Staff seemed to be stressed. Holiday weekend. I get it but I felt like we were a bother when we asked questions.
