Lovely hotel
Pros:

The room was lovely and with 2 bathrooms. Beds where really nice. Food was nice.

Cons:

It was in the middle of no where. Alot of staff couldnt speak English.
Food waa mainly for the spanish. The hotel was mainly for the spanish and there children.
But saying that everyone was friendly.

Pros:

Limited variety of food but it was good quality of dinners especially. It was very wide parking underground.

Cons:

Personal are not hurry up to serve. Long waiting time for lunch. The pool was in the hotel but sun beds are not covered all guests , so we did not have possibility to take time near swimming pool during weekend stay. Afternoon we asked about cleaning , go out for 1 hour- came back and no cleaning done. After additional ask the room was cleaned. It is not acceptable for 5 star hotel such service.

Pros:

la habitacion esta bien

Cons:

la recepcion es lentisima
te dan la habitacion a las 16 horas
y tienes que dejarla a las 12 horas
la piscina esta falta de bitacas y espacio para las habitaciones que disponen
el restaurante la comida cara y regular
en media pension te cobran por separado la bebida aunque sea un agua
tienes que llevar tu el equipaje a la habitacion no hay nadie para ayudar
de pena

Aamiainen oli hyvä. hotelli siisti ja rauhallinen. isot huoneet

illallinen alkoi todella myöhään vasta klo 20. henkilökunta oli harjoittelija tasoa. eivät muistaneet mitään, sääntöjä noudatettiin pilkulleen eikä ollut ns. pelisilmää asiakaspalveluun. esim. kysyin kanasalaattia lounaalla klo 15.30, ei ollut, mutta klo 16 vaihtui listat samassa hotellissa ja sieltä sitten löytyi kanasalaatti?! piti odottaa tyhjässä ravintolassa pöytiin ohjausta, astioita kerättiin niin tiheästi ettei ehtinyt syödä. kylpylä ei kuulunut hintaan. parkki oli kallis, allaspoika ei tehnyt yhtenäkään päivänä yhtään mitään, mikä tuntui hukkaan heitetyltä rahalta. altaalle ei tarjoiltu

Geen ligbed op balkon van de junioren suite wel gemeld niets aangedaan
