The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They paid special attention to our engagement trip and surprised us with a room upgrade and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the spa was very pleasant and relaxing. We would happily stay here again.
The only downside of the hotel was the food. The breakfast was decent overall, but the hot dishes were almost cold every morning, even though we came to breakfast only about 30 minutes after it opened.
We also had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The dishes were lacking seasoning, and it was disappointing to notice that the hotel used frozen French fries, for example. I would have expected a higher standard from a five-star hotel restaurant and its food.
Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación y el trato del personal, .Destaco también el buffet, muy bueno, variado y de gran calidad.
Todo muy cuidado y profesional.
La estancia fue perfecta, pero el precio del parking nos pareció excesivo para clientes del hotel.
Aunque justo al lado hay un parking gratuito de un supermercado que facilita mucho la estancia.

El Buffet desayuno pésimo.Comida del Buffet caliente siempre fría por no decir congelada y en un Hotel que se supone que es de 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear la verdad.Muy escaso el Buffet y calidad mi baja para las estrellas que tiene el Hotel.Al Hotel le sobra una estrella como mínimo.No tiene la calidad de un 5 estrellas más bien de un cuatro estrellas y nose si llegara.
El hotel es espectacular.Muy espacioso..la habitación increible....tenía cocina..nevera.....una televisión grandísima..mucho espacio.....el baño grandísimo..con muchos armarios..... todo estaba limpisimo....los armarios con luz les por dentro ..la cocina integrada en armarios.....zona muy tranquila .....es de los hoteles más espectaculares que he estado .Volveremos a repetir.
Incredible breakfast, very clean room and comfortable bed. Really would like to return in the warmer weather to swim in the outdoor pool. Great idea for the weekend
Restaurant pas terrible. Notamment la viande avec une mauvaise cuisson !! Et un serveur pas sympathique.
La musique d’ambiance extérieur le soir pas top si on dort les fenêtres ouvertes..

Les suites juniors sont suffisamment spatieuses pour une famille de 3 voire 4 personnes.
Le personnel est discret mais sympathique.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent.
Je recommande sans hésiter une seconde.
De mooie kamers, goede bedden, faciliteiten, vriendelijke personeel. Het zag er allemaal top uit.

El buffet muy deficiente. Ascensor que no funcionó durante 3 días.
El tarjetero de la habitación no funcionaba bien, y estuvimos casi un día entero sin luz.
Tampoco recibimos ninguna compensación por lo sucedido.
Завтрак был очень вкусным и разнообразным. Номера чистые и комфортабельные.
Качество питьевой воды в ресторане, и в номер в течении двух дней принесли только один литр воды на троих человек.
