Fair. But the staff was amazing.
Cons:

My room didn’t have any windows. And you could hear the people above us walking around.
No elevators. And no continental breakfast.

Great experience
Pros:

Had a great experience staying here. The rooms are large, clean and well-furnished. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They graciously accommodated us when we had a change of plans.

Not what we were hoping for in a local landmark hotel
Pros:

Very spacious room. We were very excited about staying in a converted high school.

Cons:

1. The room had no towels, hand soap or extra toilet paper. We had to ask the front desk for everything.
2. Our mini fridge was leaking water all over the floor. When we told the front desk we were asked if you needed more towels to clean up the water, nothing else and no one came to look at it.
3. The worst part was terrible sound proofing and our loud neighbors. We could hear every noise they made and they were extremely loud. The bathroom doors in the rooms are sliding doors but only stop once they slam into the wall. So anytime they would slam their bathroom door it was our joining wall it would hit. It was very loud and would shake our wall all night long.
4. If you have mobility issues there are no elevators and the stairs are small and somewhat steep.

Safe and friendly place to stay in Leavenworth!
Pros:

The room and facility were very nice for the price. The staff made sure I had everything I needed. I was stating for over two weeks and the staff was friendly the entire time. The gym was handy even though it was not real big but it definitely did what I needed. I would recommend this place!

Cons:

The gym was rather small but I used it almost every day and there were not a lot of people in it. Other than that I don't have any complaints about the Local Hotel. It was a homestyle Hotel and it wasn't an overcrowded skyscraper like a lot of them!

Great local historic rebuild - would stay again!

It had great character, our room was so large and well equipped, the staff was kind and personable

Just in town for a funeral, so we just stayed one night.
Pros:

It's a nice location for access to things in the downtown area. The staff seemed nice. The hotel was decently clean.

Cons:

The furnishings looked very cheap. We ended up upgrading our room because the first one was in the basement with no windows (and my wife couldn't hang with that).
