Really relaxing stay. Friendly staff who can’t do enough for you.
Pros:

Well maintained grounds, really friendly staff and very relaxing. Pool area fantastic, good selection of food (especially if you stick to the made to order bbq and omelette stations).

Cons:

Some of the room felt a little tired and the bathroom could have done with an update. Lots of flies in the dining area, but might have been down to the climate.

Equipe souriante et serviable. Mes remerciements à Sara qui n'a épargné aucun effort pour que nous passions un bon séjour.

Cons:

J'ai séjourné dans cette hôtel plusieurs fois et c'était magique à chaque fois . Mais cette fois, j'ai constaté que la qualité d'accueil et la nourriture et l'animation a fortement diminué.

Bel hôtel, un peu cher pour le rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Beau domaine, chambres confortables et climatisées, grand buffet avec choix varié (notamment des spécialités marocaines tous les jours : tajines, msemen, hamlou, couscous le vendredi...).
La piscine principale est vaste et chauffée, l'ambiance est calme en dehors des activités (qui se terminent plutôt tôt le soir, ce qui est un plus pour ceux cherchant la tranquillité).
La nourriture au restaurant "Café Maure" est très bonne.
Nous avons voyagé avec un bébé et l'hôtel avait installé un lit parapluie de qualité.
Les massages au SPA étaient top, le personnel du SPA est accueillant et professionnel.

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil et au bar n'est pas toujours très agréable, et le personnel d'entretien entre parfois dans les chambres sans frapper.
La qualité du buffet est inégale (même si c'est correct dans l'ensemble), avec beaucoup de mouches.
Le système de réservation au Café Maure est à revoir, il était compliqué d'avoir une table pendant le séjour.
Les taxis pour se rendre au centre ville en réservant par l'hôtel sont très chers (entre 300 et 400 (!) MAD), mieux vaut ne pas passer par l'hôtel et prendre le contact d'un chauffeur indépendant ou commander un Uber.
Les prix de la supérette de l'hôtel sont exorbitants.
Enfin, la piscine pour enfants n'était pas chauffée et est en plein soleil, pas idéal donc pour les plus jeunes.

Très contente de mon séjour avec des points positifs et négatifs.
Pros:

Hôtel à petite structure avec une piscine chauffée ce qui est un plus. Nourritures variées, bon cocktails.situation au calme

Cons:

Beaucoup de mouches que ce soit dans les chambres ou au restaurant. Manque de personnel au bars ou au restaurant. Nettoyage des chambres pas au top. Personnel pas forcément aimable. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de serveur autour de la piscine et à la terrasse, on doit aller chercher au bar nos consommations.

Séjour très agréable à l’hôtel Hôtel Sol Marrakech.
Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, les chambres sont confortables et de qualité.
Les infrastructures sportives sont un vrai plus : tennis, padel et salle de sport bien équipés.

Un grand merci à Sara, la responsable des relations clients, qui a été exceptionnelle tout au long du séjour : toujours disponible, professionnelle et à l’écoute.

Great escape with amazing sporting facilities
Pros:

A beautiful secluded property offering an escape from the busy Marrakech. The staff were very friendly. The resort is a padel tennis players dream with two courts that are free to play (with deposit for equipment). The pool is also heated making the hotel a good break!

Cons:

Staff can be a bit persistent with getting people to join events. Additionally, the all inclusive includes 1 dinner at both restaurants but we were unable to get bookings at either throughout our stay of 3 nights. The airport shuttle also is a bit unreliable and was 30 mins late so give yourself a bit more time.
