Pros:

大阪国際会議場のコンサートで使用しました。渡辺橋駅 肥後橋駅にも近く コンビニも近くにあり 便利な場所でした。お部屋も清潔でベッド お風呂も快適でした。朝食もちょうど良かったです。

部屋、浴室含め施設全体が綺麗。浴室もホテルのサイズ感を考えたら広め。
素泊まりには丁度いい。
フェルメール展をやってた中之島美術館からも近くて良かった。

今回学会出張で利用したが、会場まで徒歩5分程度であり、また商業地域の中心にあることから、静かな環境であり、過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

部屋の掃除が3日に1回は少々少なすぎる気がした。せめて2日1回は行ってほしい。
