Muito correctos e atenciosos. Enganei me e fiz duas reservas para as mesmas pessoas e para a mesma noite quando queria fazer essas reservas para dois diferentes. Indiquei o lapso e permitiram trocar uma reserva para o dia seguinte. Fiquei grato pela flexibilidade e compreensão do meu lapso.

快適に過ごせた。
Pros:

清潔感があり、騒音が全くなく快適に過ごせた。
連泊の場合、部屋の清掃は3日に1回だがタオルの交換はBOXに入れてドアの前に出しておくと連日交換してくれるのが良かった。
大阪駅からのアクセスも良い。

Cons:

アメニティの種類がもう少しあると良い。コーヒーや紅茶などドリンクのサービスもあると良い。

Decent hotel, take a taxi if you don’t want to wrangle luggage on escalators in endless steps from the subway

Cons:

Two blocks from the subway entrance which is tricky to find. Not near any major train stations. Taking luggage on a subway isn’t for everyone

Pros:

お部屋は極めて清潔で、スタッフの方も親切でした。シンプルなお部屋ですが、十分です。大阪中之島美術館のすぐそばで、カフェやワインバーなども近くにあります。

Cons:

場所柄、スマイルホテルの看板が黄色や青ではなく、見つけられませんでした。ホテルにお電話して、ようやく見つかりました。
