They didn’t Clean our room and we didn’t get our set of water bottles , It ended up bad after an argument in reception during check out when we asked to deduct the complimentary water bottles cost from our lost key bill.She never listened neither she tried to understand and she arrogantly asked me to complain.

This is not somewhere I’d consider staying again

Cons:

Ametuer, unprofessional staff insisted on me paying cash due to their card facility being inoperable. Asked for an extra pillow and given a filthy pillow with no pillow case. No bedside lamps, extremely low quality towels.

Don’t book this one!!!! people deserve better options

It’s in the night market, good place.

Cons:

My friend and I booked 2 single rooms. After the booking was confirmed, the hotel contacted me saying the room type for me was no longer available and asked me to pay extra to upgrade to a deluxe double room. However, the same room type was still clearly available on Booking.com, which raised serious concerns.

After arrival, I saw my friend’s room on the 2nd floor, which was spacious and had strong, stable water pressure. After paying the extra fee, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor. The room was significantly smaller, and the water pressure was extremely weak. I reported this to the front desk and was told it would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done.

The hygiene was also unacceptable. The towels smelled bad, there were dead insects on the floor, and the curtains were torn.

On top of that, the front desk staff could not communicate in English, had a very unfriendly attitude, and were unwilling to help. Luggage storage had no security measures at all. The night staff changed to security guard, and overall there was essentially no service provided.

Overall, this experience felt like a scam: guests are allowed to book one room type, then pressured to pay extra for an “upgrade” that results in a worse room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Filthy, never again.
Pros:

Cons:

I don’t even know where to start. The rooms are filthy, dust from 2 years not cleaning at least. Fluids in the bathroom, rust in the shower where the water comes out. Spots on the bed sheets, looked like dry blood. They promised smart tv with Netflix but it didn’t had Netflix or Youtube. The bed mattress was bad, made my back hurt. The hall entrance carpets were so old and filthy, you could see the filth in it. Personel barely speaks english and were not interested in their guests. My toilet didn’t flush and it took 1 day until someone came to fix it. Laundry service my clothes came back stinky. After 4 days I left because I couldn’t take it anymore. Asked a part of my money back too from the Hotel owner, but he wanted to keep it of course. Never again. Really old and filthy hotel, different than on the booking.com pictures.

Very good ,like a residence
Pros:

Room is excellent like a 4 star hotel,location excellent ,everything available ,more over on the night market. Free suttle bus services available from and to Airpprt,Grandworld,Vinworld,Vin pearl.
