Pros:

I loved the location, the convenience of the parking location, and the grand nature of the hotel. The baths were very comfortable. It was nice having a bar right at the check-in counter.
Three elevators made getting to our room very easy.
I liked the idea of a sports center even though we didn't use it this time.

Cons:

I always like using a sauna and a cold water bath. It wasn't clear whether or not one was included at the hotel.
Despite the understandable high cost of the hotel, there was no simple breakfast options or no strings attached welcome drink or something like that. The parking fee was pretty steep, almost the cost of staying at another much cheaper hotel.
We could have used a closet or a freezer in the refrigerator.

Pros:

Clean, good location and next to Susukino subway, excellent amenities and facilities. Smooth check-in & check-out. It is very helpful that the hotel allows luggage storage after check-out. Amazing onsen and gym.

Everything was excellent.

Pros:

Location was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Facilities were good.

Cons:

Staff/procedures were not great. Our flight was cancelled on the day we had booked to check in, we phoned the hotel to tell them we would be a day late and wanted to book the 4th night at the end of our stay. The staff found this extremely difficult to understand - we got cut off a number of times or staff just left us on the phone as they laughed in the background. When we did arrive we still did not have the 4th night booked. It took a long time to check in because of this. The room we were given card keys for was already occupied (shock to us and the guest already in room). Not much of an apology given. Breakfast we paid for was not recorded and we had to wait for another staff member to come and confirm. Card key did not work on the last night of our stay. Overall this was not acceptable and we will not be staying again.
