Convenient spot nestled in the city perfect for solo travellers or couples.
Pros:

Convenient location with newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. The staff were friendly. Even though they cleaned the rooms every three days, they still provided you with fresh towels daily.

Cons:

The room could do with a clock and perhaps a mirror with good lighting so you can get ready if the bathroom is being used. The washer-dryer in one also requires additional time to dry clothes. You’re better off going to a laundromat.

Good location 5-minute walk to shopping and subway with many food. Some staff is not nice and rude.

The housekeeping policy is quite restrictive as the cleaning schedule is entirely determined by the hotel, which I found inconvenient."

I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant. The receptionist was extremely impatient and displayed a hostile attitude. When I took a moment to verify my room number, the staff made a loud clicking sound with their tongue (tsk-ing) to show annoyance. Instead of being helpful, the staff shoved a pen at me with an annoyed expression, signaling me to write the number myself. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, especially in Japan.

Perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Perfect in every way. Exceeded my expectations. I'll certainly stay here again.

Cons:

Sometimes some buffet dishes were gone before 9am which is the cut off time of breakfast entry. The finish time is 9.30am and they are quite strict about it.

露天風呂がいい。新しくて清潔感がある。

Cons:

風呂に鏡がないので髭をカミソリで剃るのにちょっと不便。雰囲気を重視していると思われるが、部分的にあってもいいと思う。受付のスタッフが不足。待たされた。

Good place for a good price

Good location, nice room, good shower and excellent bed

Cons:

Nothing in particular, the staff was not overly friendly, but it was ok. Personally I prefer to have my room serviced every day

大浴場、室内、コスパ良く大満足！…だけにほんの少し惜しい…

大浴場が深夜までと早朝から使えて快適。露天風呂もあり坪庭に咲いている花が綺麗で癒された。アメニティも良質。部屋のレイアウトが良く使い勝手が良かった。清潔。スタッフも親切で好印象。このクオリティでこのお値段はコスパ最高！

Cons:

メールで到着時間を事前に知らせたが返信なく（後で用件聞いたら到着時間について）問合せ電話きて、電車移動中で出られず心配した。テレビがネット配信サイトに対応している点が良かったが、深夜にYouTubeの画面がフリーズして変えることも消すことも出来なくなり、寝る際にテレビの明るさが気になった。すぐ対応してくれると思うも深夜のため入室や作業など避けたくフロントへの連絡は早朝した。
