Pros:

별기대 없이 갔는데 바로 앞에 지하철역 있고 시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다
대욕장에 노천탕도 있어서 완전 만족 ! 아무리 깨끗한 호텔이라도 욕실에 곰팡이가 있을 법한데 전혀 없어서 정말 청결하구나라고 생각했습니다 다음에 삿포로에 가게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Very comfortable bed and perfectly situated now all of the restaurants and other places to visit. 
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, helpful staff, good to have onsen but I did not try it. Loved the bedhead too.

Cons:

Not enough coffee sachets and milk for guests in the room and no wardrobe clothes hanging space.

リフレッシュできました！ありがとうございます。
Pros:

スタッフの方の接客が丁寧でした。
16階から南を眺めることができました。
上階は見晴らしが良くて気持ちが良いですね。

Cons:

朝ごはんが少し残念だったかな....。
半額でもいいくらい。

So one was offended by my tattooed Caucasian middle aged body in the onsen.

Cons:

There are multiple with the same name, just a district name attached. I walked way out of my way only to have to take a taxi to the correct branch. GPS on my Apple
Maps lagged and was of poor service so I really got disoriented on multiple

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Nice layout for the rooms.
Fairly efficient hotel.
Liked the room setup and views. Location was pretty good.

Cons:

I stayed at a few hotels from this brand on this trip and this one had some oddities.

The women’s public bath is not too exciting. Outside pool is too shallow and small. Why bother really?
My partner didn’t use the men’s bath so I’m not sure about that one.

One very strange thing-staff took our laundry out of the machine without letting us know they do that. And when we went down to the front desk in a panic thinking someone had taken all our clothes they seemed confused that they were missing. Lol We were actively waiting for it to be done and had a timer on. No apology given but the clothes were crumpled in a bag and handed to us. Very odd.

Also took some time to get our car out of the hotel parking even though there was no one else in the queue.

Modern hotel with an unbeatable location, friendly staff and excellent convenience for exploring Sapporo.
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location right in the middle of Susukino. One of the best things was that the metro entrance/exit was literally next to the hotel, which made getting around Sapporo very easy.

Most restaurants, clubs, pubs and shopping areas were within walking distance, including the covered Japanese shopping street with many small stores and food places.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. We requested an iron and ironing board and they brought them immediately. The self-service checkout machine also made the checkout process quick and easy.

Cons:

The only downside was the room size. We booked a double bed room and traveled with two hand luggages and two large check-in bags, so space felt a bit tight when all the luggage was open. It was manageable but a slightly larger room would have been more comfortable for longer stays or travelers with multiple bags.
