Pros:

たまたま大浴場へ行った時間が良かったので、貸し切り状態でゆっくり入れました。また、湯加減は熱めで良かったです。

Cons:

アメニティが乏しい。連泊のタオルの替えはドアノブに準備してくれていたのですが、サービスの飲み水は無しで歯ブラシも入れてくれません。

連泊なのに２日目は、部屋のカードキーが使用できずエレベーターも利用できませんでした。

Good location!

Cons:

Many things. They had their booking.com account hacked and I had trouble with my card for that! They knew about the problem and could have sent an e-mail for coming guests. The room is super super small, has carpet on the floor and the ceiling of the bathroom is very low. They dont offer room service if you stay for less then 3 nights. The breakfast had cold scrambled eggs and they kick you out if you go on slippers. Definitely not worth the money.

convenient, great value for money and easy
Pros:

Location was amazing, you could walk everywhere and right near the subway but still quiet. Really clean on arrival, well-designed rooms with space under the beds for suitcases. You can open the window a crack to get fresh air, which is rare in hotels but very welcome. Onsen was incredible too. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I knew the room was only cleaned every 3 nights before booking, but in reality, that is not ideal, especially in a small space. Paying an additional fee for daily room service would be a good option to add to your booking. All the rooms leaving bags of their trash in the halls for collection seemed a bit odd and quite unsightly. I would also have liked to have an onsen in the early afternoon (closes for cleaning from about midday to 3pm). Also, got there 15 minutes before check-in and was absolutely not allowed to check in; they didn't even check if the room was ready, just said we had to wait.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the public bath / rooftop bath, and it did not disappoint. Soaking in ~40°C water while snow falls and melts around you is a genuinely cool experience. The room size is decent by Japanese standards, and the location is good overall. The reception area is also stylish and well-designed.

Cons:

While the location is convenient, it’s a bit of a walk to and from the airport bus stop, especially with luggage in bad weather. Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier, though it wasn’t a major issue.
