Briliant hotel - I highly recommend.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel in an amazing location in Osaka for exploring different areas. Spotlessly clean, super-welcoming staff and comfortable bed. Not to mention the lovely onsen on top floor - perfect after a long flight or long day exploring lovely Osaka. Would definitely return.

Great spot but rooms too small and staff can be more helpful

Staff can be I friendly and not helpful
The washing machines were not good took me 10 hours to do a wash and dry for 1 load and the clothes were still wet
Asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner to for our vacuum our clothes to pack in suitcases. We’re told they can’t bring it up and that I have to bring everything down to level 3 to use the vacuum cleaner. Which by the way is a hand held one. So unhelpful. As though we were going to steal the vacuum cleaner.

Πολύ οργανωμένες εγκαταστάσεις και πεντακάθαρες . Σου προσφέρουν πολλά είδη υγιεινής και περιποίησης προσώπου . Έχει χώρο στο λόμπι για να πιεις τον καφέ σου χωρίς κάποια έξτρα χρέωση . Επίσης παρέχει πρόσβαση στις εγκαταστάσεις της πισίνας ξεχωριστή για άντρες και γυναίκες .
