En recepción no hablaban bien inglés. No tiene la mejor ubicación. Tienes que andar 25 minutos para llegar a la zona turística.

The in-room safe was big enough for a laptop. Good assortment of shampoo etc in the shower.
There isn't much to like about this hotel. Rooms are extremely small. There is 20-30 cm space around the bed, so there isn't even room for curtains. Instead, they have blinds, that do not keep out the light. There is no place for your suitcase. I booked a double room, but there is absolutely no room for 2 people, so I was glad it was just me this time. The only (!) light switches for the room's main lights are in the far away corner, which means you need to crawl over the bed to switch them on or off. There is a mini desk, but there is so little space between that and the bed, that it is hard to squeeze yourself in the chair and work at it. The bed's mattress is too hard. The room was super hot when I checked in, and while the aircon was doing its job after an hour or so, the air flow is aimed directly at the bed's pillows, which makes sleeping with the aircon on very uncomfortable, and creates a high risk of getting sick. The bathroom is tiny and lacks space to place your personal stuff. For some reason it is elevated approx. 20-25 cm above the room's floor, which makes stepping out of it quite uncomfortable. The hair dryer lacks power. Everything else in the hotel is small, like the lobby, that has hardly any proper chairs to sit or work on comfortably. Apparently the breakfast room is also too small, since the personnel asked me to 'book' a time slot, which made me decide to skip it altogether. The bar is also tiny and doesn't open until 17:00. The do offer a large collection of spirits though. The front desk staff was very slow, it took them 15 minutes to check me in. Most of them do not speak English very well. Interestingly, I had a similar experience at a Granbell in Tokyo last year. Avoid.
