Pros:

Loved the roof top pool and bar. Location was amazing. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

One of the lifts was not working during our stay. Extremely lengthy delays getting up and down. Room photos were different to what we got.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. A good walk to everywhere that we wanted to see. The appartment was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

There was only one lift working and it was small. We had to wait a lot for the lifts . If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. There was a lot of noise and sirens at night when we were trying to sleep.
We also found the pillows uncomfortable.

Great stay in a great appartment in central Madrid
Pros:

Great central Madrid location, and a really lovely space (2 bedroom appartment) with exceptional views. Good self catering facilities and close to a 24 hr supermarket. Rooftop pool and bar to view the sunset were a real bonus!

Cons:

Towards the end of our stay the bathroom drains smelt bad - and we were up on the 8th floor!

No recycling facilities.

One lift being out of order was an inconvenience at busy times and wslking up 8 floors was not an option.

If the apartment provided Netflix it would have been even better 😁

اجمل وقت ممتع كان في مدريد وذلك بسبب موقع الفندق

الموقع جدا ممتاز كل اماكن التسوق والمطاعم متوفره وبكثره جداً جميع الخيارات،ستاربوكس كل شي🤩

المصعد بطيء جداً وخدمة نقل الامتعه لا يتوفر شخص لنقلها

Pros:

We loved the location close to 24 hours supermarket, metro right in the center of madrid.
We also love the pool - small but very nice and clean and cool which was nice on hot July.
The apartment comfortable and nice.

Cons:

The floor wasn't clean enough when we arrived.
Just one elavtor was in use and it's also small.
Feels like guests got frustraited waiting a long time .
There were weak water flow in the shower.

Lovely spacious central apartment
Pros:

Welcoming staff, spacious rooms and close to metro and shops
Little rooftop pool and bar, reasonable priced beers too

Cons:

Unfortunately only one lift was operational and we were on 10th floor and while they were working on fixing the other lift it wasn’t done during our stay

Four in Madrid
Pros:

Great location for our trip. A 24hr Carrefour was 1 min walk away. Calleo metro station a 2 min walk away

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor so easy enough to take the stairs. The lift/elevator was very slow
