Propreté, Clim, rooftop bar et piscine

Cons:

Pas assez d equipments cuisine: pas s’ouvre boites, pas s’épluche légume, pas assez de couverts (6 couverts, il fallait donc les laver après chaque repas).

Pros:

We absolutely loved the location. It was near everything we wanted to do, within walking distance. There is a little rooftop bar which was fun to hang out with family and friends.

Cons:

We got there towards the mid - late May and we had just walked a Camino. We specifically picked this place because it had a pool and we were told that it doesn't open till next week. That was a huge disappointment.

Great location, would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff. Left luggage lockers a big bonus for our last day. Great views from roof. Apartment well equipped. Right around the corner from a Carrefour Express supermarket.

Cons:

Not enough working lifts for a very busy time. Often had to queue. No air con in corridors which meant queueing for lift very unpleasant in 39 degrees.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Madrid.
Pros:

The apartment is in an excellent location on Gran Vía, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had modern, new furniture. It also included thoughtful essentials such as tissues, toilet paper, and single-use toiletries, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was that the elevator was quite slow, although it seemed they were working on a second elevator during our stay. Also, there was no one available to help with luggage. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Personal war nett und hat nach eigener Besichtigung der Unterkunft Verständnis gezeigt und die Buchung storniert.

Cons:

Unterkunft in einem desolaten Zustand. Schmutzig, Einrichtung kaputt und teilweise dysfunktional. Unverständlich, wie man solche Unterkünfte ohne Inspektion vermieten kann.
