Hotel centrale comodo da visitare tutti principali punti di interesse di Gend. Buona colazione, personale molto gentile ed efficiente. A seguito di un piccolo problema ho scritto un messaggio su whatsapp e sono prontamente intervenuti per la risoluzione.

Sehr zentral gelegenes modernes Hotel - ideal für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Superzentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Auch auf den Sonderwunsch (Babybett) wurde eingegangen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, vor allem auch die Kissen. Das Frühstück war ok, wurde allerdings bereits am 3. Tag etwas eintönig. Es gab nur wenig frisches Obst und Gemüse.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte leider wenig engagiert. Zum Beispiel musste es von Gästen darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass die Behälter beider Kaffeemaschinen geleert werden müssen. Zudem waren nie alle Lebensmittel verfügbar und es gab teilweise längere Wartezeiten. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück sehr wuselig und wenig entspannt.

Great location, modern hotel, with great staff
Pros:

Clean, modern and very central hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and bed was huge! Very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Hairdryer was a bit hit and miss - working sometimes but not always. No safe deposit box. Luggage storage was not included.
