Nice hotel - Bad service
Pros:

Rooms were comfy, exceptional beds & bathroom etc

Breakfast was brilliant, spot on every morning

Cons:

Pool was out of action for whole stay, certain staff members (not all) were rude at the front desk, put the phone down on us when we asked why we didnt have room service.

We stayed for 13 nights, only got room service 3 times when promised every other night. They only did it 4 days in when we chased it up.

We were without towels for multiple nights

We arrived on a Saturday night and had to leave early Sunday. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
