駅近なので、出張に再度利用。

同僚と別々のチェックイン、上司が部屋変更を依頼、予約の内容をする為に、三人のスタッフさんが30分も時間をかけて変更、その説明もなく、電話で一方的に説明をされた。

早朝のチェックアウトの為、予約した朝食の当日キャンセル不可、代わりにおにぎりなどを依頼したが、出来ないだけ。安くない朝食代金を支払っているので、事前に書いておいてほしい。
