Pros:

Modern hotel in great location near station which is great for exploring Takayama and day trips. Comfortable rooms and Onsen was very relaxing.Good hotel facilities.

Cons:

Would have preferred room on other side of hotel with mountain views.

Pros:

Very friendly and accomodating staff, big clean rooms, and convenient location to the station, and within walking distance of most nearby attractions. The lobby has a wall of local recommendations, which led us to some of our favorite spots in Takayama. Very spacious room with plenty of space for large luggage.

Cons:

The bathroom had a pretty noticable smell that was hard to deal with. Beds weren't the most comfortable.
