A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. An HDMI cord and Chromecast are provided for streaming.

Un beau studio mais des nuisances sonores trop importantes
Pros:

Appartement refait à neuf. Studio relativement proche du centre.

Cons:

Dans la pièce principale, le bruit que fait la VMC est élevé et permanent.
Le personnel ne répond ni aux appels ni aux SMS.
Il y a un gros chantier de construction (débuté depuis des semaines au moins et qui va durer encore longtemps) en bas de l'immeuble avec des éclairages très forts toute la nuit et des travaux dès 7h du matin.

Très bel appartement bien équipé
Pros:

Appartement spacieux. Propre et très bien équipé . Emplacement un peu loin du centre le soir pour sortir dîner à pied sous la pluie mais CHUM en face avec super cafétéria !

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux mais ça personne n’y peut rien
Et le lit King size un peu petit 160

Nice apartment
Pros:

The location as we could walk to Old Montreal and to the IGA and to the Metro. The apartment was what we needed for our stay.

Cons:

Had problems getting into the building/room. The internet was not good. But it got resolved, not by the staff but me being patient with web.
Unfortunately, our apartment faced an empty block that was being excavated. Luckily, we are early rises as the noise started at 7am. The workers lights did not get turned off, even at night so the apartment was bright throughtout the night. The air conditioner did not work the first 3days. Only worked on last day. Bathtoom door is noisy.

Pros:

Clean modern rooms secure building close to st Catherine’s

Cons:

Door code didn’t work , bed was too small for two people honestly (double ?). Room full of light at night… a million gadgets and windows not blocked properly by curtains.

Pros:

L’emplacement, l’accueil chaleureux que j’ai reçu, la gentillesse du personnel avec qui j’ai interagi, les équipements de l’appartement. Vraiment TOP !

Cons:

Le lit n’était pas TRÈS confortable, il grinçait beaucoup. Parfois il craquait dû à une planche de bois qui a été vissée sur le sommier pour le stabiliser je suppose. Ces craquements m’ont plusieurs terrifiés à l’idée que le sommier puisse céder pendant la nuit. Autrement TOUT était génial.

Séjour à Montréal agréable et bien localisé
Pros:

La localisation est proche du métro, du centre ville et du vieux port. L’appartement est bien équipée avec un plus pour les machines à laver/sèche linge. L’arrêt du bus pour l’aéroport est à côté.

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avions la vue sur des travaux et les bruits qui vont avec.

Nice and comfortable
Pros:

Good location, very clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff member

Cons:

Construction work at the back street woke us up at 6am on our first day there. Road work at the front made it impossible to park the car anywhere temporarily to unload our luggage when we first got there. If not for these reasons, it would been a 10 out of 10.

Location was quite good.

Cons:

Furniture was dirty, had to change room because we had a mouse in the first one, 2 hours before checkout they send me saying rhe late check out I booked 4 days ago had a pending payment.
