Pros:

Architectural gem
Pros:

Beautiful historic building. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Great central location.

Cons:

Check in staff not friendly. I thought parking was included but at check in they said you either had to pay for valet parking or park on the street (metered).

Pros:

the hotel was historic and really nice. the staff was great.

Cons:

The breakfast had issues - 1 over easy eggs came out sunny side up, 2 - for home fries they used french fries

Payment issues - i paid on booking.com and the hotel charged me again. i still have a double charge on my credit card

Perfect location for having to go to the PPL center, the restaurants had amazing food, not really anywheres to shop, the

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice! I had no idea going in that we were being given a whole suite which was a pretty great shock. They also use key entry to get onto your room floor from the elevator for a security feature which I loved!

Cons:

It was very windy when we stayed, the windows with the wind are very loud. It almost sounded like someone was trying to break in through the window in the middle of the night.

The stay was above my expectations!
Pros:

Everything was great. Bar service was very good, the room was very large and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location was also great, walking distance to our venue!

Cons:

I must have missed it in the description when I booked, I didn't realize there was valet parking! I drove around the block several times, (because of the one way streets) until I got to the parking garage.
