Location is amazing. The staff was very helpful. The day I left was The 2nd day of Holy Week and they organized my leaving perfectly. They have directed me to the right place to get a taxi and they have warned me about what time I need to leave the area etc.

Fabulous location. Wonderfully helpful staff. We stayed over Semana Santa (Holy Week) the city is crazy busy but the hotel is a wonderful place to embrace it from and the staff made sure we had a great time.
