Amazing accommodation, but a few small oversights.
Pros:

Amazing location, friendly staff, beautiful room - super luxurious while still being entirely functional and family friendly.

The shower was amazing! Love the additional toiletries provided.

Cons:

Only small niggles that are very insignificant really, but we were only provided 3 of each sugar packets, for a room that can sleep 4 adults that doesn’t seem like enough sugar as some people may need more. Also the room only provided 2 small mugs and 2 espresso mugs, again, the room can sleep 4 adults who may all need a mug. I also used 2 coffee pods in one small mug and there was only 4 pods total so potentially not enough coffee pods provided if 4 adults were staying.

I do not recommend it. It’s better to look for other nearby options.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety.

Cons:

-The hotel deserves a 4-star rating at best, not more. There are better and more affordable options in the same area.
-The lobby is very small and cramped.
-I booked through Booking.com and paid in advance. The reservation clearly stated that a deposit of AUD 200 would be held. However, upon arrival, they held AUD 650 instead. The reception staff did not respect this and made no effort to understand or resolve the issue. I’m not sure why, especially from the manager.
