The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made a great first impression. The location was perfect for enjoying the local area, and I really appreciated that the property photos on website were completely accurate to what was provided in person.
The window insulation could be improved, as the glass felt quite thin and allowed outside noise to penetrate the room at night, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep initially. Also no pool at property.

the location of the hotel is nice very close & accessible most things are walking distance.
When we first arrived the room looked fine but after a deeper inspection there was ants in the fridge, the shower and tub was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned before we got there, the floor was very gritty even when we first got there. I took off the top sheet on the bed off because there was sand from us going to the beach but the fitted sheet had sand on it & that wasn’t from us i feel like they didn’t put new bedding down. Also the staff somehow “mistook” us for a group that had extra people in there room which didn’t make sense because they said they viewed the cameras but if they did in fact view the cameras they wouldn’t have seen us have any extra people in our room. There was a bad review written about me which was not true because we were not the group to have extra people.
Filthy room with filthy floors that made my husband's feet black when he walked barefoot. Stained comforters....no toiletries. I had to go to the desk to make a request for a bar of soap. Just shy of$300 a night was a complete rip off this this third rate hotel.

Apparently, the owners own multiple locations in the area, and the GPS took us to the wrong building. When I called the property to ask for assistance, the owner seemed incredibly annoyed, kept telling me to just walk to the office. I kept trying to explain to her I didn’t know where the office was. I sent her a picture of where we were to give her a better idea to try and get better directions and her response is what are you doing way over there then seeming very agitated she said I’ll send someone to get you. Once we made it to the actual building, she started explaining all the fees. There was a nonrefundable $65 to reserve the room which I knew about a $100 deposit fee and then the total cost of the room which would all be charged upon check-in. And I had not even seen the room yet. When I began questioning the fees and the fact I was going be charged before our stay began she became irritated with me and said don’t question how I do my business. I said fine. I don’t think I wanna stay here. She said fine. I don’t want you to stay here either. So I left. So much for trying to support local business.
Location was great - very close to beach and boardwalk etc
The office was closed after 6pm which was not listed in the details and policies . Checkin starts at 3pm and we arrived around 6:45 to check in for the night. No one was there and we had to call the property and wait for someone to return to location to let us in.
Privacy and space
They need more comfy pillows and quiet hours.
