Hotel bien placé et personnel serviable.
Pros:

Accueil à l’aéroport par le taxi réservé par l’hôtel. Gentillesse du personnel. Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Chambre au rez de chaussée, proche de l’accueil : on sent la fumée de cigarette et si les personnels mettent de la musique ou parlent fort à 5h du matin, ça nous réveille. Coffre dans la chambre inutilisable.

Если бы не завтрак, входящий в стоимость, красная цена в 2,5 раза ниже заявленной
Pros:

Номер делюкс.
Две кровати, одна из которых большая, это плюс. Спать комфортно.

Cons:

Окна нет..
Пол липкий, пыльный
В холодильнике не все заявленное по списку, а только половина.
Слышимость высококлассная!

Generally a good hotel, with great staff
Pros:

Joey was excellent and helped a great deal - even before we arrived (late flight in). Generally the staff were great, The room was spotless,

Cons:

The bed was somewhat sagging in the middle, and the coffee was cooked.. and the waiting staff couldn't understand..

初めてのベトナムということもあり、刺激をもらいました。楽しかったです。
Pros:

朝食は固まった黄色いごはん以外は、概ねおいしかったです。フォーはオーダー制でアツアツを食べられました。
日々少しアレンジされていました。
どの料理もおいしかったです。
場所も比較的便利なところだったと思います。
ホテルからツアー(ハロン湾とニンビン)も最高でした。

Cons:

旅先における支払いのトラブルは不安ですが、チェックアウトの際のトラブルがありましたが、帰国後も誠心誠意ご対応をいただいたので、安心しました。
海外旅行でもここまでしてくれるホテルもあるんだと感心しました。
ただ、現金での支払いはレートが明記されてると後からでも見やすいと感じました。
