Kasa Downtown Louisville

booked 5 two bedroom apartments for better part of a week. pre-check in communication was inconsistent and often unclear. had to call the help line a great number of times, always a long wait and rarely was the issue ultimately resolved despite 'we're so sorry, this should now be fixed'

Eventually all my party got into a room but only after many many calls.

Property itself was in fairly bad repair, broken doors, toilets that wouldn't stop running, old wrappers under the beds.

If your business model is no inperson help and outsourcing phone support overseas then you want to make sure everything is in good order, starting with not having to wait 20 minutes to speak with someone who promises a fix that never really comes.

Had a horrible experience here. We booked two nights and only stayed for one of them. Most of the furniture was broken, but worse was when we found all the cleanliness issues. First when we walked in the place smelled of trash, and we noticed there was trash left in the can in the kitchen. Went to the bedrooms and noticed oil or lubricant on the dresser and end tables, snot or something all over the walls, and then dead cockroaches throughout the main bedroom. Slept horribly because of how uncomfortable we were and packed up in the morning and went to another hotel. Kasa would only offer us a fraction the total spent as a refund. Super disappointed because I booked a Kasa in LA last spring and had a really good experience. Will never book another Kasa.

Everything about our stay was awesome

It was pretty good, it wasn’t clean, furniture wasn’t sturdy. It felt like the tables and chairs was ready to break any minute . The pans and plates was dirty, had to wash everything to use. Other than that it’s pretty nice. Loved that it has very thing!

This a great property if you need lots of space for your party to all stay together. It is mostly digital access and the step by step instructions were extremely helpful to make a smooth check-in and check-out process. We appreciated the two rooms, two bathrooms, parking included, kitchen, dining area, washer, dryer, and location to walk within downtown. If you are a fitness person, the fitness room is nice and convenient. The set-up for the property is very smart in theory, however, the digital access key fob and physical key provided were not working for all of the areas during our stay. The key fob worked for the parking, which was of most importance to get your car in and out with ease. The property allows pets, which is nice, but if you don't care to have pets, the property seemed to do the best they could w/cleanliness and smell for offering pets. The management was responsive for customer service concerns. If you are people on the taller side, which we are, the apartment was manageable however seemed suited best for people on the shorter side. One last thing, is for aesthetic, the chair by the sliding glass door was an awesome spot to sit, however the lamp was really annoying hanging down and in the way (for a taller person). If you remove it, the space would be even more awesome.

There was a roach infestation at this property- we will not be staying there again.

The stay was great! The only bad thing I have to say is that there was no one in staff to let us into the parking garage. We accidentally left the key fob in the truck, and we had to wait almost 24 hours to get it out. Luckily there were scooters around town to navigate into we could get our truck back out of its own "prison"!

The location was convenient to most everything in downtown Louisville. The hotel was spacious and comfortable enough for the three of us.

It was alright until we wanted to extend our stay then they made things so complicated and deluted that we ended up just leaving, but not before they took $306.88 out of my account then when we asked for a refund there was magically 250 in damages which is quite convenient seeing as thats the amount they hold as a deposit

Property was very clean. It's older but spacious and was great for what I needed as far as space and condition. There was no coffeemaker in the unit though, and the dryer was broken. The parking situation is very odd--you have to park, go up to your unit, get a key fob, and then go repark in a garage, and do the same thing checking out. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated. It's also in a residential apartment building; the owners are not on-site.

Amazing place! Great location! You're close to everything and the support staff helped a ton upon check in.

There was no one on site to help in case of problems, frist day went to leave and could not get into the parking garage to our car to leave , had to wait in room because of the rain and then had to keep checking to see if they had the gates opened, no one ever told us when they opened the gates to get car out so we could get to our conference and we was late late late , we do not recommend this property, got Locked-out of the room the 2nd day, everything is done by texting,no human or robots on the property to help anyone with issues, we don’t recommend this property

The unit is in terrible shape. Doors down, ice make not working, air conditioning barely worked. Furniture was stained and carpet was old and very stained and dirty.
Kitchen had stains all over the cabinets. Bed was comfortable.

Property was full so they could not move us and there were no hotels available. Kasa staff were helpful, and tried to do the best they could. On property staff and maintenance were very courteous and helpful.

It was a great place to stay and will stay again. Thank you.

This was more of a VRBO style unit than a hotel. The unit was clean other than some crumbs left in the stove eyes. The location was exceptional we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would have liked to have had a bit more TP, only two partial rolls were in the unit when we arrived. There are also no TV's in the bedrooms much to my Childs dismay.

Property was clean and comfortable as described. Easy check in with great communication from management. The property was located centrally to where we were heading and made our travels easy.

Very outdated, Part of the microwave was taped on, the dishwasher door only opens halfway, stained carpet, scuffed walls, the overall smell of the building was very strong smelling cooked spices that lasted all three days we were there, not enough garbage bags or toilet paper supplied, definitely will not visit the Louisville location again.

Wasn’t sure what to think at first but turned out to be a great booking. Perfect size for the amount of people we had, giving everyone enough space to feel comfortable.

Nice to have an entire condo with full kitchen. Would have preferred fewer stairs, as there were stairs up to the second floor of the building, then stairs up to the second floor of the actual condo, but that's a minor thing. The unit is a bit "tired" looking in a few areas, eg carpet looks old and stained, but the kitchen was wonderful. Easy walking distance to downtown and convention centre. Very clear instructions with pictures re: check-in.
