Cons:

facilities, small room, no good cleaning, booking mentioned city views, there was no view only building at the back.

I believe my booking was made for other kingsgate hotel and i was sent to a different one

Parking though the area is very small but atleast it was provided.

Cons:

Rooms are very small, room sevice is inadequate and slow, facilities that has nothing to offer beside bed. No toiletries to offer for guests. Broken hot nd cold water system.
