Excelente hotel
Pros:

La ubicación, la limpieza y el personal excelente en todo. Incluso nos olvidamos documentos en la caja de seguridad y los guardaron hasta nuestro retorno a Roma

A perfect location for a city break in Rome
Pros:

The location was excellent for all the sights of Rome. The hotel was friendly, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The bedroom was small (but the bathroom was very good).

Super Lage. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer konnte früher als geplant bezogen werden. Gutschein von 10%.

Cons:

Hotel in den Jahren gekommen. Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Eine 0,33l Dose Bier 6,-€ fand ich schon heftig, wäre es vom Fass gewesen hätte ich es akzeptieren können.

ماعندهم خدمة مساعدة حمل الشنط
بالبدايه اعطونا غرفه واسعه ولكن لا يوجد قفل في باب دورة المياه، طلبنا تغيير الغرفه وانقلونا لغرفه اصغر.

Atendeu nossa expectativa por uma noite.
Pros:

A localização é ótima, perto da estação central de Roma. O quarto era bom mas não nos avisaram que era um mezanino com escada.

Cons:

De ser um quarto com escada e também a cortina não cobria toda a janaela, fazendo que o quarto ficasse claro muito cedo.
Ao reclamarmos na recepção disseram que outros hóspedes já haviam reclamado disso.....

Excelente noite com acomodação agradável e ambiente tranquilo.
Pros:

Excelente atendimento com explicação e cordialidade. A localização é excelente perto de uma rua badalada com restaurantes e lojas. Excelente hotel e recomendo.

Cons:

o cafe da manha poderia ter um pão mais macio tipo bisnaga ou francês.

We had a great time in Rome. The hotel was excellent, and is located nearby shops and restaurants.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city centre close to all the main shopping streets, restaurants and touristic places.

Cons:

The restaurant was not really to my satisfaction. We had dinner there one time. By the time the food was served, it was already getting cold, half of the steak was well done but the other half was really raw, the mixed seafood grill was missing white fish and actually consisted mostly of shell fishes. The breakfast at the hotel could also be better.

פקיד קבלה, ממוצא זר, היה מאד נחמד ומשף פעולה. נענה לךכל בקשותינו.

פקיד הקבלה, איטלקי במוצאו, לא היה נחמד ולא עזר לנו לשנות מועד של שהייה במלון.
