Great boutique hotel located within walking distance of Union Station and restaurants. Great heated rooftop pool and hot tub with views of the city and distant mountains. Great value for the money!
Rooms did not smell clean, housekeeping was understaffed. Filtered water dispensers are not cleaned. No desk or chairs in the rooms. Noisy due to the ice skating rink. Mattresses need to be replaced/turned due to lumps and depressions.
Great location! Great staff! Great hotel! This is a must stay for anyone visiting Denver! Location is super convenient!
Negative experience with the courtesy car/valet. The room was stuffy and no fresh air. I think the hotel pool is nice but could be great if it was open a bit later for adults. We were just wanting to use the pool at 10pm Friday night when it was closed to hotel guests. Some aspects of the visit make you feel very unwelcoming...Consider: Bar closed for private party (not welcomed). Next day parts of the lobby/door by bar closed for company Christmas party (not welcomed again). Pool closed for residents after 10pm (not welcomed). Valet service too busy to let you use the courtesy car for your scheduled dinner party as you head down with your date/spouse (not welcoming). I think by offering services like these the hotel needs to remember the guest's experience and how they feel. Not planning to return.
Best hotel stay we've ever had. Rooftop pool and hot tub we're wonderful, we had a lot of fun and will definitely try to return.
PHENOMINAL hotel. Most amazing, kind, and attentive staff from Velet, Front Desk to Security. What a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone who would care to listen. Our room was exquisite. I got an upgrade to a VIP Corner Suite, and the views, as well as the amenities and layout, were absolutely perfect for a family retreat and quality time spent together. The employees of this hotel are top-notch, and I'm incredibly happy with my experience. I stay in hotels for work about 60% of every month, and while having status with major hotel chains can have its perks, not a single one of them can hold a candle to the welcoming atmosphere and kindness of this property. 10/10.
I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the Rally team for making our mother-daughter trip so special last week. The front desk team was so gracious in congratulating my daughter on her first conference as speaker. We were upgraded to the penthouse which was absolutely stunning. Most of all, we were both touched by the warmth, positivity, and welcome shown by the amazing team at The Rally.
Grateful to you and the team for making me "cool mom" 🙂
Great location. Convenient to everything room was spacious and love. The amenities. Staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the views from the rooftop are gorgeous. Definitely will stay again.
Awesome location. I loved the hotel amenities, and I loved the location. I will definitely go here again. I loved the OG, and I loved the McGregor Square options, especially Carmines. We were 4 minutes walk from Union Station. Make sure you use the train to and from the airport. Its 20 bucks for 2 people.... way better than the 100 Cab ride.
The check in experience was great for us, and the refreshing beverage was a great surprise. We are going to absolutely come back for a Coors Field game this summer.
The guest rooms were very nice, comfy beds, clean and spacious.
The location was great with so much in walking distance. And very easy to get to from Boulder.
We held a business meeting in one of the meeting rooms which was perfect in every way from the ease of planning to the actual space to the food.
This hotel provides a great experience! The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained! They offer a lot of perks - from the complimentary pour upon arrival to the ice cream social - that we didn't take advantage of. But we did use the complimentary car service and both that and the valet were very quick. Everyone was very friendly! This stay was my best experience in Denver!
I have been staying at this hotel for all my Denver trips (I live in the mountains outside Denver) since about 2020. It has really bad management, right now. I spent an hour and a half being passed between Front Desk and Central reservations the other day b/c the employees no longer have enough training to help you choose a balcony room. The phone lines aren't working--but they don't seem to care. The front desk and reservation clerks admit they have to use Google to look up room types. I asked for a manager. I was on hold 10 minutes and no one ever answered. I called back (2 days ago) and they said a manager would call to help me book a balcony room. After two days --no return call ever--I decided to switch hotels.
This hotel used be really nice. I remember a time when I needed a tea pot. They didn't have one and ran up to CVS to buy one and deliver it.
That is what locked in my loyalty for all these years.
After this experience I have given up on this hotel.
Hands down best place to stay in Denver. I’m a Colorado native and travel frequently, The Rally has been our go to for years and never disappoints.
Noah at the front desk was awesome and very accommodating. If you need recommendations on where to get the best service or drinks, he’ll point you in the right direction.
Lovely hotel. Vibrant and modern. Clean with great facilities. Lots of great restaurant options in the area and some good bars. Quite even on weekends. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent. Superb stay. Wish it was longer! Recommended!
Went for the Broncos game. Great location with many dining and shopping options. Breakfast at OG's was great with excellent bloody mary's. Watched World Series at Tom's Watchhouse directly across from hotel. Parking was pricey. Front desk was amazing. Bed and room were comfortable.
This place was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the vibe, and the location were just what we were looking for on our family trip. Laurie and Christie at the check-in desk made us feel so welcomed. We stayed for three nights and visited many different eateries nearby. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU Rally Hotel Staff!!!!
We came to check out the city and attend a Broncos game. The hotel staff were wonderfully accommodating and the food was great. There were tons of other dining options around and on our three day stay we had plenty of time to visit the red rocks amphitheater and garden of the gods. The rooftop heated pool was very cool, we had a blast and will be back.
The Rally Hotel is SO COOL. We loved the fun and unique decor. It is located in a really lively spot in Denver - so many nearby places for eating and drinking. And right across the street from Coors Field! You wouldn't even need to leave the hotel. The restaurants there looked great, we just didn't have time to try them. Additionally, the rooftop pool area is AMAZING. Beautiful views with lots of cozy firepits to enjoy a cocktail or watch the game on the big tv. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is huge with an awesome shower. Parking is available and easy, although a bit pricey.
Excellent hotel, with a great location. OG Food was fantastic. Close to everything, staff was very friendly. Looking forward to coming back.
The entire Rally Hotel experience was excellent! The service was beyond compare, from Christy at the front desk, to the men at the valet service and housekeeping. I requested a quiet room and that is exactly what I received. The bathroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated having The Original on site for a great breakfast every morning. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
