Pros:

It was clean. Easy trip to Red Rocks. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. I could hear our neighbors talking.

Great night's sleep and great breakfast options.
Pros:

Last minute booking and communication went extremely well. Short night's stay but all was great. Great night's sleep and a great breakfast in the morning. Bed was comfortable and overall location was quiet.

One black mark.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast add coffee.

Cons:

I went to the front Desk in the morning to let her know that she was out of regular coffee in the pumps and she told me, I have to wait till someone filled them back up. Another lady who is getting off her shift said she would go check and she brought out two new pumps full of coffee. Which I thanked her for. The front desk morning clerk didn't seem to care.

Good hotel near Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, offering fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, good coffee.

Cons:

From the room, could hear stomping above and toilet flushes. Price through booking.com was too high.
