Crap
Pros:

Terrible customer service. They took my deposit and never gave it back rooms were left how we got them and still kept my deposit I wouldn't wish anyone to have to stay there be careful if you do

Pros:

O café da manhã do Hotel é muito bom, a equipe atenciosa e as opções de refeição são completas. A localização para quem quer ficar perto da rota das montanhas também é muito boa. O lugar é calmo e fácil acesso às rodovias.

Cons:

O barulho do ar condicionado é muito alto. Me incomodou bastante para dormir, tive dificuldade porque tenho sono relativamente leve. Acredito que é algo que deva ser consertado, tendo em vista que pode incomodar várias outras pessoas.

Wonderful property and good value. Would stay there again.

Cons:

I was there for 3 weeks and while maid service was daily they didn't change sheets or vacum once. They should have done it several times during stay.

*** Second stay end of January for 6 nights. Unfortunately not starting off well. Reservations through Booking.com. Total charges for 6 nights $505.01 (good rate). I'd expect to see a pending charge of $655.01 on my cc that includes $150 damage deposit per rules listed on site. Instead $815.12!
Booking.com contacted the property and the property indicated a $50/day damage deposit totaling $300 (really!) plus $10.11 cleaning fee (where did that come from?) to arrive at total of $815.12. That is not correct.
Booking agent was very helpful in explaining charges and acknowledged what seem to be in error and that I can file a dispute at end of stay.. Needless to say I won't stay here again after giving them 4 weeks of my business and over $2000. ***
