Good atmosphere in bar and restaurant with excellent menue
Why on earth architects think it's a good idea to see through toilet doors is beyond me.
Ridiculous
Convenient location to the port to enable us to continue our journey onto a cruise.
We stayed on level 2 right above the gym. The gym was open until 8pm and there was constant noise. We then had a group of guests outside the hotel making noise until 11pm. Wouldn’t recommend a room at the front or on level 2.
Room was OK and the hotel is next door to a large Asda which has a McDonald's inside.
Busy hotel, bar and gym. The night's sleep was good and all was quiet until 0700 when thumping music started. Not horrifically loud but enough to remind me why I live in a detached house.
Also we paid £104 but I could have booked the same room on the day for £84, oh well never mind.
Comfy bed and great location
I had a room by elevator and it was disturbung my sleep a little bit. Also tv could have Netflix on IT. Also breakfast on weekend could be earlier. I need to be at 8 am somewhere and didnt have a chance to get brekkie

The location and the cleanliness of the place plus the staff are very courteous and very helpful when I need a ride going to the airport next day.
We didn't eat breakfast or eat at all at the location so can't really comment on the food - although it looked good when coming out of the bar area. We loved the pool area and gym facilities and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
We were two friends sharing a room and had been told that the club rooms had two double beds - this turned out not to be the case and we just shared one super king bed - which was actually fine but not what we were expecting. The glass, totally see-through, bathroom door that offered zero prvacy was amusing but I think is probably not the best idea you've ever had! I see that is due to natural light being available to the bedroom - but would prefer a dark room and a solid door please.
