Breakfast was awful. Generic food, no imagination, nothing tasty and enticing for vegetarians. Mushrooms and eggs were unpalatable. Three massive tv screens and added music competing, made it all worse. We were having breakfast, not attending a gym. Ultra modern and loud atmosphere doesn't appeal to all travellers and 'Village' is a huge misnomer.

Used the swimming pool. The stairs down to the pool area, changing facilities, and pool area itself weren't clean, in my opinion. It was dark and felt a bit grim.
Walking barefoot down two flights of wet stairs for access and egress to the pool is not accessible either.
I booked the hotel purely for the pool use. I wouldnt stay again on this basis.
Whilst the room appeared to be clean, the shower screen is not practical, the colour of the floor bathroom floor tiles didnt reassure that the floor was clean (but maybe influenced by the swimming pool experience).
Only one tea bag and no coffee for two guests.

Room felt very small, didn’t really have a window (one in bathroom) so was claustrophobic
The only good thing about this hotel was the access to the gym and pool facilities, but even then it wasn’t worth the price you pay. I’ve told all the staff this but they can’t really do anything other than say sorry.
Toilet sink was blocked so every time you ran water it just filled up with whatever was in the drain from previous guests. Kept finding hairs on towels, around the toilet and all in the shower. Front of house told us the wrong times for breakfast so we missed it one day even though we’d paid for it. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room once in 48 hours despite leaving the sign on the door for the room to get serviced. The price we paid was crazy considering what we stayed in.
