Very clean
The noise from the gym, music was played far too loud and was playing very late. To make matters worse people go in the gym very early in the morning and the noise is that loud it woke me up.
The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Very like to stay again if any of my future cruise departing from Southampton

Good location, not far from cruise terminal. Convenient Asda next door. Excellent bar and restaurant within the hotel and a Starbucks as well. Beds were comfortable and nice large shower. Breakfast was superb. All of the staff were great and happy to help but Charley went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed at breakfast. Charley is a real credit to your team.
Not many Ev charging points. None available overnight. Managed to get a couple of hours charge in the morning but will have to stop to get charge on way home after the cruise.

Bar was chaotic and the food very expensive for what it was.

Location is a short drive from Southampton
The room was extremely smelly when we arrived, we thought it was the aircon as it was on full blast when the we arrived. We switched it off, open the window. When we arrived back around 10pm the smell was even worse, the carpet in the bedroom was soaking around the bar. So we asked to be moved due to the stench. The staff were very helpful, despite it being around 10.30 pm
