Freezing cold rooms and rude front desk
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Staff was rude on the front desk.
Hotel room was freezing cold and we have 9 months baby. I told the yellow hair man in the front desk that if you have a portable heater. He said he doesn’t have it. He basically lied about it because he had one and he didn’t want to help. Next day i went there again and asked the if there is a portable heater or can they provide one for us. And rosa helped us she said that hotel has heater and gave it to me. That yellow hair guy didn’t want to help. And he was very rude. I don’t recommend this hotel. It is very cold freezing in the rooms

Greedy for money
Pros:

We paid for breakfast and agree to have packed lunch instead but they did nothing.
We paid 6 breakfasts for nothing.
Also one of the room was not done and they did not left towels we went at the reception to have some. Even the coffee machine was not good.

Modernes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende, weniger für Touris

professionell betriebenes, stylish-modernes Business-Hotel mit exzellentem Frühstück

Cons:

Für Touristen ist die Lage in einem Neubauviertel sm Rand der Innenstadt vielleicht weniger interessant. Es sind aber auch nur 3-4 Stationen bis zum Zentrum (5-10 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Metrostation Hasle)
An einem Abend spazierten wir ins Zentrum und das war ein schöner, interessanter Spaziergang von etwa 45 Minuten (immer bergab), bei dem es viel von der Stadt zu sehen gibt abseits ausgetretener Touripfade: das Neubauviertel Hasle/Ensjø und das Szeneviertel Grunerløkka
