Large rooms, new amenities, but smoking smell is an issue

I booked a stay at the hotel through Expedia and when I showed up I was told by two ladies at the Reception desk that the hotel was closed.

The wife is not good, I stayed in the Second room and had very bad signal in my room…

We can resume our staying one word amazing!

Reception do not speak English. We forgot something in hotel and called back and no one wants to answer our questions. Please call us to talk in English.

Yn peu loin de la mosquée 10 à 15 mn en voiture mais l’avantage est que le prix du uber n’est pas cher

Had to request house keeping for every single day I was present on the site (5days) all of which was ignored and only had the room cleaned once i checked out.

The garbage in my room piled up, was out of tissue and toilet paper.

The staff at the front desk was also very unresponsive... every time I approached the responses were very dismissive and felt that I was putting them at an inconvenience.

A very clean & spacious rooms with friendly customer service.

Middle of no where, rude staff and smoked of cigarettes everywhere.

The room walls were dirty dissapointed & breakfast was not good.

I loved staying at this hotel. Such a fancy hotel, with nice staff and there’s a mosque adjacent to the hotel. However, it’s one hour and a half away from Haram. Something you must consider unless you have a car or an Uber app. I’d definitely come back and stay here.

Great room but WiFi is terrible drops every few seconds very frustrating

Great hotel easy check in, Imene at front desk is great very helpful and professional
Made sure that we are confirtable during our stay. Rooms very spacious and clean the haram is about 8 minutes in a taxi about 20 saudi r. The breakfast was good it opens at 7.30 am to 10 am.

the Hotel was nice new clean the rooms are nice spacious , the stuff were nice, the area not much to do, but there is a bus close by to take it to that mosque, but it’s really worth it for the price.
The breakfast was nice just in a food .

Arrived at the hotel early the reception staff refuse to check me in with some rooms available he insist to check me in at four o’clock that means after four hours after some dissection he accept to check me in, I request Double or Twin Room type I choose King Bed he gave me Twin Bed room, but the big surprise found the room picture not as actual it is very small without Fabric Arm Chair as showing in picture, I had to upgrade my room to Deluxe Room with extra money, next day at 13:00 asked for room cleaning they told me will be cleaned after 19:00 not before , poor wi fi in room
