Average hotel
Pros:

Location to Subway, very friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean and great shower.

Cons:

Room was very small. No Room for suitcases, no stand for them. No access to milk after breakfast doors closed.
I felt that it was not value for money.

Great but change your bathroom doors
Pros:

Clean rooms
Friendly staff

Cons:

Bathroom doors are terrible
We changed two rooms due to faulty ventilators and both had the same Bathroom doors.
Not fully closing and as a result not sound proof

All in all, we had a nice time at the hotel and felt comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel is located close enough to all the main attractions, about a 15-minute walk from Times Square. There is a subway near the hotel, from which you can quickly reach any part of the city. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, so it is not too noisy during the day and night. The room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. We read that there is a long wait for the elevators, but we did not have a problem with waiting and we were located on the 16th floor.

Cons:

We traveled from Europe with four large suitcases, so we were a little short of space in the room itself, but we managed somehow.

Posizione ottima!
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla metro e con principali attrazioni raggiungibili anche a piedi con una camminata. Letto comodissimo, camera pulita e angolo cottura utilissimo se si vuole cucinare qualcosa di veloce senza stare a uscire tutte le sere a cena. Addirittura dotato di piccola lavastoviglie! Staff molto disponibile e cordiale.

Cons:

La camera è piccola nel complesso, ero da sola e non ho avuto problemi ma in due immagino si faccia fatica a trovare un posto dove tenere le valigie. Anche l'armadio è minuscolo per due persone.

Gute Lage bei einfachem Standard.
Pros:

Tolle Lage Nähe MSQ. Gute Aussicht in hohen Etagen. Küche gut nutzbar. Großer Fernseher.

Cons:

Frühstück einfacher Standard. Aufzüge für Gebäude unterdimensioniert. Badtür trennt Schlafzimmer und Toilette nicht ausreichend. Fenster dreckig.

UNHELPFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY

Location was good.

Cons:

EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY While travelling for the World Cup I got an email (not even a phone call or message!) telling me the pre-authorisation payment they had attempted (5 hrs before I arrived) had been declined due to my card's security protection. I emailed them within 30 mins and called several times (constantly engaged) but they cancelled my room before i arrived. Conveniently, they were able to immediately sell the room to someone else, for a substantial profit i suspect.
Thankfully i got a better room in the same street for cheaper, from another major hotel group. l"ll never trust the Mariott group again.
