Pros:

Las habitaciones, aunque son pequeñas, están bastante bien. El desayuno es muy completo, aunque el comedor puede resultar un poco caótico cuando hay mucha gente. La ubicación también es muy buena, con varias líneas de metro muy cerca del hotel.

Cons:

El personal del hotel no siempre es muy agradable, aunque ha sido algo bastante general durante nuestra estancia, también en restaurantes, bares y otros establecimientos. Puede que simplemente sea una diferencia cultural. Además, el wifi en nuestra habitación funcionaba fatal y, para empeorar la situación, tampoco teníamos apenas conexión a internet con nuestros teléfonos móviles desde nuestras habitaciones.

pleasantly surprised,was very comfortable and rested,great location and staff friendly.
Pros:

Staff where very friendly and accomadating.breakfast was really good and takeaway options abig plus.Room was perfect for me and i enjoyed the gym facilities..unfortunetly had to wait for the elevator one morning which took 20 minutes off my morning,never ever experience that before.

Cons:

waiting for the elevator was a first for me,it seemed to bealways busy . maybe you could make people aware of this issue on arrival to prepare them.

La localisation, proche du métro.
Bruyant au niveau de l exterieur meme la nuit! Mais c est new york.
Chambre bien équipée, propre.
Petit dejeuner bien fourni
La fontaine à eau mis à disposition

Cons:

Chambre assez petite. Difficile d ouvrir une valise. Il faut tout ranger sinon impossible de passer autour du lit.
Clim trop froide dans la salle du petit dej.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
The first room we got, had the AC broken. They moved us to another room as soon as we communicated that.

Cons:

The soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor could be improved.
While there was no noise from outside, we could clearly hear doors closing in the hallway.
The elevator waiting time could also be quite long during busy periods.
