Pros:

Hotel con posizione strategica.
Vicino a Pen Station, Times square e Empire State Building.
Fermata della metro a 30 metri.
Si trova nel flower district, quindi sotto ci sono tutti i negozi di piante e fiori.
Colazione inclusa americana/internazionale.
Pulito, personale gentile.
Le ascensori non sono così problematiche come descritte, basta “prenotare” il piano desiderato con la propria carta elettronica.
Nel first floor vi è un banco che offre bevande calde a tutte le ore, ottimo per i mesi più freddi.

Excelente hotel super recomendable !
Pros:

Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación, muy buen desayuno, las habitaciones pequeñas pero con todo el confort, todo nuevo, cama super cómoda. Todo resuelto en esos pocos metros cuadrados! Lo volvería a contratar y lo recomendaría siempre!

Cons:

Las habitaciones deberían tener un poco mas de espacio de guardado para poder desarmar la valija . No habia casi nada de espacio de placar.

Pros:

The property was perfectly located right in the center of Manhattan. It was clean, modern and the facility itself was very good.

Cons:

The windows of the rooms on the outside were dirty which led to the view of the city that was blocked. The elevators were also very annoying which led to waiting minutes to even 10 minutes

Pros:

La ubicación, la habitación muy cómoda.. buen desayuno. Servicio gratuito de agua, café y té en recepción. Cocinita básica pero suficiente para organizarse sin problema.

Cons:

Problemas con los ascensores. Tiene muchos pisos y muchísimas habitaciones lo que hace que, aunque hay cuatro ascensores, resulta complicado conseguir uno.

Pros:

Il letto era comodissimo. Abbiamo prenotato camera con vista. Piano 18esimo, non male ma poteva andare meglio se fossimo stati più alti. Lo staff era gentilissimo. Acqua, caffè (americano), latte, thè, cioccolata a disposizione negli ambienti comuni. Metro vicinissima, 2 minuti a piedi. Monolocale attrezzatissimo e funzionante. A disposizione una box da riempire con prodotti della colazione .

Cons:

I grattacieli davanti alla struttura limitavano un po' la vista del nostro 18esimo piano. In camera avevamo un rumore terribile tutta la notte che proveniva dal condizionatore, nonostante fosse spento. Ho dovuto usare tutte le notti i tappi per le orecchie. L'ho fatto notare agli addetti, ma non hanno risolto. La camera è piccolissima. Avevamo il monolocale ed era davvero difficile muoversi. Potevamo tenere a malapena una valigia aperta. Illuminazione della camera scarsa, molto buia. Colazione scarsa con pichi cibi dolci, di bassa qualità e tutti confezionati. Il salato abbastanza buono.
