Pros:

The location was great and it was nice to have breakfast included to start the day. The check in staff are fantastic and the ability to store your luggage safely before or after check out is invaluable. All the interactions with staff were great, except for the breakfast staff who were anything but good.

Cons:

The rooms are very pint-sized so if you are coming with checked luggage, you will have a very difficult time managing in this space but carry-on size works as you can find a spot to store in the closet but really nowhere to unpack clothes. The breakfast is a gong show and the breakfast staff are very abrupt and unfriendly. Surely some of these staff could be kind or polite but they are the opposite. As with other reviews, the elevators wait times at breakfast are lengthy.

The location is great and quiet, easy access to many subway lines. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Well stocked kitchenette.

Très bon séjour je recommande !
Pros:

La vue sur le One World Trade Center, la propreté, la cuisine entièrement équipée et la literie très confortable. Pas de problèmes pour l’attente sur les ascenseurs. Petit déjeuner bien copieux et qui varie. L’emplacement est super.

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment petite : pas de placard ni de place pour stocker les valises. La porte de la salle de bain ferme mal il faut être avec une personne très intime sur ce séjour.

Mon hôtel préféré à NYC
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal dans Manhattan. La cuisine dans la chambre. La possibilité de prendre boissons chaudes à volonté. La gentillesse du personnel , surtout au service du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le manque de rangement dans la chambre mais c’est normal à NYC.

hotel céntrico, limpio, buen desayuno, personal amable, traslados aeropuerto......BIEN
Pros:

Buen desayuno y variado. Dejan prepararte un sandwich o llevarte fruta para después del hotel. Gente muy amable.

Cons:

En horas puntas los ascensores tardan en parar.

Hôtel trés situé, proche de nombreuses visites et à deux pas du métro

Cons:

les petits déjeuner étaient copieux, mais les produits n'étaient pas comparables avec ceux de la France

Huge hotel providing mass guest service
Pros:

Convenient location, close to Penn Station and metro stations. About a 25 minute walk to Times Square. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Huge hotel with lots of guests so always long lines for breakfast (not great quality) and elevators, and hot water took a while. Kitchenette didn't have a kettle, only coffee machine to get boiled water.
