Gros soucis concernant les ascenseurs !
L’attente pour descendre chaque matin est très longue, sans parler du samedi jour de Check out avec en prime les valises, compliqué de descendre 20 étages à pieds..
Dommage c’est la seule fausse note.
Notre chambre était pas très grande, laissant à peine la place d’ouvrir les valises, alors 2 valises n’en parlons pas
Posizione: posizione strategica a circa metà dell’isola di Manhattan il che permette di raggiungere facilmente e velocemente i vari punti di interesse sia al nord che al sud a piedi (in caso non si volesse camminare c’è la linea 1 della metro all’inizio della via).
Pulizia: 10+ sia delle stanze (le asciugamani vengono cambiate di default tutti i giorni) che degli spazi comuni. Inoltre, la tenda della doccia sembrava essere nuova (odorava proprio di pulito e non aveva nessuna macchia), data l’etichetta attaccata (indicazioni di lavaggio e Ecologic/Green label) pensiamo proprio che vengano lavate e stirate regolarmente per i nuovi ospiti.
Colazione: ampia scelta per la colazione salata calda: tutte le preparazioni a base di uova veramente ottime accompagnate da bacon/salsiccia/würstel a rotazione. Nota per gli amanti della colazione dolce: solo il weekend sono disponibili delle preparazioni calde (frenchtoast/pancakes), durante la settimana sono disponibili muffin/waffle confezionati singolarmente. Sempre disponibili varie tipologie di pane con burro e marmellata e l’immancabile porridge!
Gentilezza del personale: ultimo ma non per importanza tutto il personale è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. Ad esempio la prima stanza che ci era stata assegnata aveva un problema con il riscaldamento, lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno assicurato che ci avrebbero cambiato stanza e così è stato senza nessun tipo di problema e con la massima comprensione (per di più ci hanno messo a un piano alto con vista sui grattacieli!).
Varie: la stanza è piccolina ma assolutamente funzionale.
Per il mio prossimo viaggio a NYC so già dove alloggiare! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

O elevador está sempre lotado
Lo único que destacó de la propiedad es la ubicación. Está cerca de todo para moverse caminando y tiene el metro en la esquina.
La habitación es demasiado pequeña, apenas puedes moverte en ella. Era una sola persona y no tenía lugar para guardar mis maletas. No tiene lugar de guardado, el baño es una miniatura. No hay lugar para nada.
Ni hablar que tenes que esperar entre 15 a 20 minutos los ascensores porque siempre vienen repletos… había 4 ascensores y 2 estaban en reparación… la verdad un desastre la logística.
El desayuno super pobre, el personal del desayuno super desagradable y maltratador… no hay muchas opciones buenas.
Realmente no elegiría de nuevo este hotel… super decepcionada porque me llevé por los buenos comentarios y fue un desastre todo.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, le personnel de l'accueil ainsi que celui du déjeuner sont sympathiques et serviable, au buffet du petit déjeuner on retrouve pas mal de choix et ça reste varié tous les jours. Pour la caution j'ai payé une empreinte 100 dollars pour 5 nuits et celle-ci n'apparaissait plus le dernier jour du départ une fois la facture de l'hôtel reçu. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages le dernier jour sans soucis et en toute sécurité et vous pouvez même attendre à l'hôtel si votre vol est plus tard dans la journée. Café, chocolat, thé 24h/24 a l'entrée de l'hôtel. Je recommande et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel si je reviens à NY, je conseillerai de demander un étage pas trop haut pour éviter l'attente des ascenseurs.
La chambre est un petit peu étroite mais pour 2 personnes ce n'est pas si dérangeant au final, on s'y fait.

Εξοπλισμένο δωμάτιο, πλούσιο πρωινό, καθαροί χώροι, ευγενικό προσωπικό, κεντρική τοποθεσία.
Ίσως χρειαστεί να περιμένεις αρκετή ώρα για το ασανσέρ. Το a/c κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο. Ωστόσο το δωμάτιο ήταν ήδη πολύ ζεστό ενώ έξω είχε -15°C, δε χρειάστηκε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε πολύ. Το βράδυ το κλείναμε και το πρωί ήταν ακόμη ζεστά.
Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and quiet (facing rear of hotel). The breakfast was well stocked and plentiful and constantly restocked by the staff.
The aircon was quite noisy so unsure how you would cope with it during the summer. It was fine to have on for 30 minutes to warm up the room.
The location is perfect — the subway Line 1, which takes you to both Uptown and Downtown, is just a one-minute walk away. The hotel is situated between Broadway and the 7th avenue, close to the Medison Square Garden and Times Square. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent by New York standards, with a wide and varied selection. The view was outstanding; we didn’t even need to visit a rooftop bar because we had an amazing view available 24/7. The room service came every day and made the room and bathroom perfectly clean again providing us every day also new towels. Thank you for that!! The bed was possibly the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in — exceptionally comfortable! The shower was also great!
The room is quite small. The door was not well insulated, so we could hear other guests and the elevator from the hallway. The bathroom door was a sliding door (not a proper one) which means there isn’t privacy — you can see the other person in the bathroom, which might be uncomfortable for some guests, although we managed it by taking turns (one goes to the bathroom the other leaves the room :)) maybe not every room is like that one.
The apartment is not suitable for cooking, as there is only a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine, but no kettle or cooking facilities. On weekends, the wait for the elevator can be quite long; despite there being four elevators, we sometimes had to wait up to ten minutes.
Despite these downsides, our stay was very pleasant overall, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location is good... I don't have more good things to say but booking won;t allow me to post this unless I have more words in this field
Starting with the fact that they charge you for early check in, late check out and almost everything additional is a big no no. The breakfast situation and the elevators are a true nightmare. The breakfast lounge is not prepared for that many guests so you need to wait in line (sometimes more than 30 minutes) to get seated and have breakfast, everything is really cramped and is very unconfortable. The elevators are another thing I didn't like, it takes forever to get into the elevators. Another thing I HATED was the fact that the cleaning staff left a supply cart in front of my room for my entire stay, they never moved it... it was a challenge to get in and leave woth my luggage since there was almost no room for me to go through
clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, location, generous breakfast, more healthy food than the typical American style.
Room quite crowded but that's Manhattan I guess. But a comfortable chair is basic and was missing.
