Pros:

It’s exactly like in the photos. Comfortable room, and there’s tea/coffee and a kitchenette in the common area to use any time. Right next to a big grocery store.

Extraordinary, friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were spacious and modern with a traditional Japanese touch, large and super comfortable beds and cleanling / room-service was perfect. The common areas were very well equipped with lots of seating and equipment to prepare/heat your own food.

Amazing mattress and pillows - fabulous place to take a break
Pros:

Loved the luxury bedding, modern design, great facilities to bring your own food back to the hotel to eat

Cons:

Nothing as we love small quiet towns. You need to drive to tourist attractions and there are no in-house dining options. Great local restaurants near the hotel and a great supermarket too
